Purchased some Wireless headphones Air Max which were such poor quality. Plastic, flimsy and poor quality. Requested to return the product and had to ship them to China which cost over £20.00. Have sent them off and supplied the tracking details - will have to see if I get a refund. Having now read other reviews i can only hope

Customer service is great and the company cares about their customers and the products they provide.

A great gift for Christmas for my teenage boys! They love them. Customer Service were very quick to answer any queries or questions I had.

Really bad and poor quality want me to pay to return faulty items they have sent out the plastic is hanging off near the ear piece and are dangerous there quite happy to send me a new pair if I leave them a good review no thankyou I want my money back, PLEASE do not waste your money on these

Battery life rubbish only lasting 4 & half days with low battery draw, complained but Airwatch said normal 5 to 7 days but not lasting that, I wouldn't waste your money buy a better quality watch with better battery life.

I’ve brought this watch as a Christmas present for my daughter, who’s been looking for a smartwatch to monitor her steps etc. Although it’s not currently been used first impressions are good, the watch looks stylish and modern but not too bulky for a females wrist. Delivery was within the stated lead time

Do NOT buy from this company. The headphones I received were faulty (one button imploded so it didn't work). I contacted the company and they said they would only give me another pair if I left a positive review. They will keep bribing you with the same information - and would not offer a refund. I wouldn't give this company any stars if I could!
