I sent an insurance proposal form to an Account Executive 18th Aug with accompanying information . I did not receive a notification to say they had received the documents. I followed up approx. 10days later to ask if they had received it & to let me know if they required further documentation. They replied saying I most definitely would need to but still on the 17/9 I have not heard anything further. Surely this is not an acceptable timeframe?!

Trying to cancel a policy because house now sold. Added contact on website 6 days ago. Sent a reminder 4 days ago. No one has responded. Hunted website and got 4 different numbers. Two did not comment, other 2 did not have an option and cut me off. I am not impressed.

As English is not my first language, there were a few things I didn’t fully understand straight away. Zoe never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She patiently explained everything again—sometimes more than once—until she was sure I understood it correctly. She took the time to listen, understand exactly what insurance cover was required and guide me through the whole process clearly.
