We have just taken delivery of the items that WhiteGloveMovers agreed to take from Bristol to Madrid. The communication was very good, the guys that picked up and delivered were on time, communicated well and were very professional. The whole experience has been nothing short of amazing and I cannot rate this company highly enough. We will definitely be using them again.

Delivered to rural Spain safely and quickly. The boys were great.

Customs clearance (to Europe) handled without issues.
All done with care and no damage at all.

Excellent service as always

The teams that came to pick up the boxes and to deliver them at final location were efficient and the process worked out in the timeframes agreed.

However, if you'd like a move well-organised and communicated, I'd suggest looking for a different company. We hired them through the webpage shiply and the messaging back and fort was quick but very imprecise.

For example, we asked to please send us a summary of what was included in the quote after agreeing to a variety of services. They stated the messages were proof of what was included. However, on the day of the arrival of boxes they then stated that an additional service was not included and if we did not pay, our boxes would basically be left in the middle of the road because they would not be carried to destination.

Another examples is that after telling us that the boxes would arrive in the middle of the afternoon, they stated we had to pay in full the rest of the move, claiming it was in their term and conditions. Upon pointing out that this was not true, we were once again told that they would not deliver unless we pay.

For all it goes, a move is stressful enough and this company certainly did not ease any of the stress.

As a reference, this is my third international move and by far this company was the worse experience.

Edit: we did pay everything, so I do not understand the comment from the company below, as if we still owed them money.
The problem was not paying or not, the problem was the amount of stress this company put on us due to very bad organisation.
As stated by some other reviews as well, they are intimidating and do not allow for proper communication via phone, putting down the line without letting customers finish speaking.

Edit 2: after my first edit, the company sent me this email, because it believes I did something wrong
"I will send example how you tried to avoid payment to all places I can.People can see that on few occasions you tried hard to avoid payment.Tomorrow I will send emails to institute of health and other places.We both know that all was done without stress and we done 100% what we agreed.Only when you need to make a payment you started this circus.

I will send screen shot and what it was agreed.People must know what kind of person you are."

The email exchange listed below are not true, I never said I will not pay - I said I will not pay for the waiting time if the bank transfer does not arrive on time. And, once again, the fact that the move has to be paid in full is not written at all in your terms and conditions.

Also your guys were FAR from POLITE - at unloading time there were boxes with FRAGILE written on that were smashed through because they had put them under a pile of other stuff and they said it was my fault. I pointed out one item was missing and I was dismissed, saying that no they had unloaded everything and to go upstairs to check. In our apartment, the item was missing and I had to go to the truck with them to see where it was. And indeed, it was there! But ehy, it is just me, expecting movers to be knowing how to handle fragile boxes and not treat me badly when I want to make sure that everything that was loaded also gets unloaded.

We needed a small furniture removal from the UK to Spain. The process was stress free throughout, and well worth the cost. There were no issues around customs. Date and timing of collection and delivery were as agreed, the removals men were friendly and careful with our items. Everything arrived undamaged. Would happily use again and recommend - well earned 5 stars!

Second time we have used AJ Movers. Again brilliant service, super reliable and great execution. Collected our furniture from three different locations in London, packed and protected everything really well and then drove everything down to us in the Algarve. Guys were super nice, clean and careful. What more can you ask for!

Andy was very responsive and would always reply to the email, being very flexible and made sure that my requirements are met without too many unnecessary back and forth. The team take came for collection and delivery were hard-working, friendly and were very calm throughout the whole move.

We contacted AJ movers for a move of our furniture to France. The packing into the lorry was careful, fast & efficient .They were polite and helpful guys & we could not recommend them highly enough .A very Professional great service . All correspondence was by email and replies to any questions was fast and efficient. They deserve our 5 star review

Really happy with how things went today; the whole move was carried out really quickly and efficiently, and the guys were friendly and helpful. We were so impressed with how careful and methodical they were throughout. Moving is always stressful and difficult, but teams like this make the whole process a lot easier.

They moved a grand piano and two chairs from Austria to Belgium, and I cannot say enough good things about them: great communication, super fast, very professional, friendly and polite, and very patient in moving the piano around until we were happy with its final position in its new spot. Really just 100% excellent in every aspect.

After a few hick up re job dates , the service from collecting a piano from Scotland, and delivering to England was 1st class. The men collecting were very polite & efficient and overall the service excellent. Would certainly recommend this company.

Made my move from Germany to UK incredibly easy. Picked up from a storage facility in Germany and delivered to the UK the next day. Couldn't have asked for more, all at a price much cheaper than the big removals companies.

Van was expertly packed, goods in A* condition and the driver did everything possible to get the items in the rooms they needed to be in. Very hard workers, polite and efficient.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this company. It's the first time I have used them to deliver large items of furniture from England to France, and I must admit it all seemed too easy to be true. My booking and confirmation were done very quickly with the help of Tom from the Anyvan website. Afterwards, all logistics and the final payment process were done directly by EasyMoves themselves. Andy from EasyMoves explained to me they would contact me around 1 to 2 days before to confirm the exact pickup date (I asked for a weekend slot - Saturday or Sunday), and then on the day of pickup, the driver would contact me 2 hours beforehand. I have had no previous experience with a delivery company and I was a little bit worried due to how straightforward it was, so needed some reassurance. I contacted them, via telephone and the Anyvan website, to ask for some final information. Andy got back to me very quickly via Anyvan's message, which helped calm my nerves. But I also asked to speak to him directly on the phone as it was easier for me. The following day I managed to get in contact with Andy who was very professional and explained to me they 'like to keep things simple' to avoid any confusion (I am not used to this being in France!!!) On the pickup day, the drivers turned up before the original time because the roads were clear (fantastic!) and they communicated well with me in advance. The delivery process was very quick too and they turned up 2 days later in France. On the day of delivery, they said they would contact me 30 minutes before arrival, and they also sent me several location updates. The only small thing was there was a bump / small break to an item, but nothing that can not be fixed easily with some glue and sealant. This however does not take away from the 5-star review I will give them. Thank you once again

Andy and his team were fast, friendly and nice when picking up from mine and delivering to my parents in France. My contents were taken on a Saturday in London and received Thursday in Paris. I was aware of the timing and pricing in advance. Best price I could find with no downsides. All boxes, Picture frames and my 55inch TV were in perfect condition. It all happened as scheduled and I could not be happier. I was so anxious! Thank you Q
