Great roof racks!

Refunded money 3 days after order. No reason provided. Requested response -no answer. Rubbish service.

Good price in Australia for this item.

Ordered 16th August Stinger Gt mats : still on their site as available. Without even advising me they apparently "refunded" (still to receive) them on the 25th August. At the end of August I rang to find out where they were as i had received no correspondence only to be told they would ring me back within the hour as they should have left warehouse. I rang back 3hrs later and was told they had refunded them 4 days earlier. Not Happy!! Atm I am still to receive my refund.

Excellent service! I have been to Alan Mance store for my Mitsubushi Outlander genuine accessories assembling. I was nicely attended by staff and they did a very clean and excellent Service.

Products arrived from VIC to NSW within a week, with Auspost tracking, the website is pretty detailed when shopping for parts and models compatible.

Will continue to shop here for ACDelco parts and what not, Cheers

Prompt order conformation & delivery of item.

Very easy to purchase the correct wiper for my VF Ute. Saved about $70 on exactly the same wipers from Holden.
Fitting was straight forward and performance is A1

Terrible customer service. Says parts in stock and they are not. Took 7 days to send the parts. Tried calling and emailing 5 different times. Every time transferred minimum of 4 times. Only time I got a Response is when I threatened them with legal action over stealing my money due to no contact of what’s happening and being ignored.

Absolutely lowsy customer service and appreciation. Item ordered and paid for on 05/08/2022 cancelled (closed) your end today, no explanation, no apology, NOTHING.
Have purchased car accessories from you before but never again. I work in the automotive repair industry and will definitely tell all my customers and friends to NEVER purchase from your store.

Would definitely recommend, I placed my order and had it delivered in 5 days.

My goods were not packaged sufficiently for transport and arrived broken. So far no one has replied to my inquiry to replace the broken goods.

Really happy with the prompt delivery and with the regular updates from Aust Post. A quicker response from the Alan Mance Store with regards to confirming the order would have been very helpful.

last time i ordered some mat for floor, cago, dash. but i didnt get floor mat. so i send to them mail about it but they didnt reply me yet,,, i really need that floor mats

Placed my order online for a set of replacement wiper blades. I received email confirmations of my order despatch and parcel tracking updates, until delivered to me 4 business days later. Great price and excellent service.

Always good service and prices. Had a bit of a glitch with a recent delivery but Stephen, the Group Parts Manager, helped out and sorted it very quickly.

Hopeless...
I ordered items that were clearly listed as in stock only to be informed, after I made three phone calls to them, that the items were not in stock and there is a three to six week wait for them to be in stock.
Will never use this lot again.

Received my order quickly. Quality product and great price. Happy.
