Telford and Ironbridge
We went to Telford. Our driver was excellent. We had one or two problems but he was quick to come up with a solution. We should have visited a market but it was closed so he quickly changed route and found us an alternative. On the way home he took us to Coventry where we had some time rather than a service station. Our hotel and food was good with a good selection of food. Very good value for money

Holiday to Dunoon
Our Driver Paul kept us amused with his anecdotes on our Journeys to and from our different destinations on our days out .
The Hotel was very welcoming and comfortable, we had a gorgeous view of the Firth of Clyde from the windows.
Our days out were lovely especially the Loch Lomond cruise.
Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and chatty giving us places to see.
Will definitely book another trip with Alfa.

The Bayshore hotel in Sandown
The Bayshore hotel in Sandown, Isle of Wight was the best Alfa hotel we'd been to. Very clean rooms, spacious relaxing area. Downside is although it looks directly over the glorious beach, it is also opposite a tacky, neon lighted amusement arcade. Sandown itself is very run down with lots of closed properties and nothing of interest to offer visitors. From what we saw from the excellent Alfa included tours there were lots of towns preferable to Sandown. Re the included tours - not enough time at the church and far too long at the Donkey sanctuary.

We really enjoyed the visit to Beamish. A great day out.
The hotel was ideally situated right in the centre of Darlington. The room was good and had a good view of the square. The food was excellent. Breakfast had so many choices. Much better than Alfa hotels we have visited. Evening meal was excellent and had a good choice of dishes.
We don’t go to the entertainment in the Alfa hotels as we prefer to go out in the evening.
I would recommend this holiday to friends.

Our holiday was absolutely wonderful…
Our holiday was absolutely wonderful especially with the Chef and Waitress at our hotel. I have a bowel disease and I try to only eat Gluten Free food the Chef and our Waitress went above and beyond to make and serve the kind of food that I needed.

the setting of the hotel,the wonderful countryside and rustic villages.the bfood at the hotel was lovely and it was lovely to have ab walk in the countryside.the only downside was 2 hours for the evening meal is a bit excessive and would it be possible to omit colchester and instead say visit lavenham

A lovely holiday despite the rain
A lovely holiday despite the rain, but cannot do anything about that. Hotel in beautiful location we had a room overlooking the Loch, food excellent, very clean, helpful staff and a great driver Richard, who looked after us very well.

lovely staff efficient and friendly, beautiful building, my only down comment would be that the bar area was not open through the day for additional seating especially when the coaches were not out on trips the reception area and the very small sun room were full, surely the bar itself could be locked down as in the Hydro LLandudno is

The hotel was in a good position, our room was clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed. The meals were good.We gave it 10 rating on all counts. Staff all pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely holiday and the trips were exceptional.

Being disabled when we been on days out…
Being disabled when we been on days out I've been with Alfa a few times .Just dumped in a town centre for a couple of hours when you can hardly walk its not fun the worst experience was when we was in Scotland a trip to Inverness the driver said he wasn't aloud to drop any passengers of in the town centre and there would be a walk into town I couldn't do the walk some other passengers said they couldn't either its appalling the disabled people are treated like this we should of been told that it wouldn't be suitable for people with disabilities. We are booked to go to Wales in October and decided to drive ourselves. On the other hand the hotel staff were lovely b

Great holiday
Friendly staff, location was great bedroom was brilliant with what seemed a new bathroom suite. Ballroom was good quite disappointed with the entertainment and the price of drinks I thought was expensive. Food throughout our stay was very good.

The staff we excellant and the meals…
The staff we excellant and the meals were very good.Entertainment was very good will a couple of acts outstanding.
Days out were good although i felt we could have had more time and some places.
The bedroom was ok but needed updating,very tired wallpaper which in some places was pealing off the wall and toiler roll holder was loose.
The journey home was good until we reached the interchange when we had a very long delay waiting for a coach which was late.We had little or no information and it was very hot on or off the coach and some passengers were feeling it.
These are observations only the overall experience was very good especially as it was my very first coach holiday ever.
