I bought 4 wheels with tyers on ebay and everything went smothly even the shipping took less than a week.

I dealt with James he gave excellent service very helpful and friendly.
He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and got a very nice set of wheels.
And nothing was to much trouble.
Would recommend to anyone to use these guys.

I bought the above wheels around 4/5 weeks ago, I'm extremely happy with my purchase as they have really freshened up the car's overall look. But the main point of the review ofc is the Company, and they are first class. They were extremely helpful from the very start, quick to respond to my questions and it was no trouble for them whatsoever to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery that was to my benefit, as due to work commitments I was hardly at home around early Feb. When the wheels (and tyres for that matter) were delivered I found that they were extremely well packaged, with care being taken to ensure they would not be damaged. A very big thank you to James for his help and correspondence during the buying process, I am more than happy to recommend Alloywheels.com to friends & family and I would readily use them again.

Thanks to Alloywheels.com for fitting my Honda Civic with a set of Wolfrace JDM (gunmetal) alloys. They've certainly helped the look and with the help of the technicians I was able to fit them with the perfect tyres for my type of driving.
The car handles for better than stock with no increase in road noise and far better wet grip.

My story may seem like many others who experience an issue with their delivered product, in my case " Damaged Alloys".
The test for any company faced with this, then becomes one of customer service.

Service has been supreme. Alloys initially supplied did not fit properly due to incorrect manufacturing info but alloywheels.com went above and beyond to try and accommodate me to get my winter wheels resolved in time for my trip to northern Scotland.

I contacted this company having seen numerous wheel adverts on ebay. The links and information is very good but as I wanted to ensure I had the wheels/tyres which Audi would have supplied I contacted James who was superb in giving me options on tyres and advice re fitting.
Saving of '000s of pounds on Audi's fitted price!!

..had been looking at AlloyWheels.com for a week or two debating...finally chose a set of gloss black, polished face 19" Zito 935's with Cooper Zeon CS-Sport's for my 2009 5 series M-Sport Touring...spoke to a chap Monday morning and they were delivered to Leicester by UK Mail at 9:30am Wednesday...SWEET!
Only problem was the wheels are more concaved than my original 18's so the fronts just slightly rubbed the suspension arm...DISASTER!
Quick call back to the guys Thursday morning and, after explaining the situation, they kindly offered to send me a set of wheels spacers (3mm FR/5mm RR), 1st class mail, free of charge! THANKS!
The polished rim protrudes quite alot on these wheels too, so I was very surprised to see there was NOT A SINGLE MARK from fitting the tyres...a SKILL mastered by very few companies these days, but these guys did a perfect job!
So after a minor setback and a total of 5 days the new wheels are now where they belong!!
Me personally, will highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy new wheels or tyres, and will definitely use them again!!

I was looking for a set of 20" wheels for my Audi A6 S-line and after an extensive search found exactly what I was looking for at Alloywheels.com. Their website is fantastic and made my search so much easier. They made everything so easy when selecting the wheels and also a tyre package. I placed my order and was kept up to date with progress as my wheels were coming from Germany. I still received my wheels and tyres fitted in good time and again was kept informed by the courier. The wheels were well packaged and protected and look totally amazing on my car. I can't thank them enough for the excellent and quality service. I definitely recommend them.

Ordered a set of four 18" x 8" alloys for my 3 series (seeing as 19" bmw wheels have a habit of cracking on the slightest of potholes). Rang up first for a bit of advice which was well received. Ordered online Wednesday evening, didn't receive a confirmation email but called up following morning to check and everything had gone through fine and i was sent confirmation by email immediately. Alloywheels.com rang the UK distributor and got me an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. Worked from home Friday and wheels arrived by 11am. In all great service. Came on here to check them out before purchasing and saw majority of people have had a great experience, apart from the review below, so thought I would share my experience too. Highly recommended.

I ordered a set of 17" alloys with tyres on a Tuesday morning and waited in the house for delivery on Wednesday and Thursday for 1-2 days delivery. Nothing arrived so called to find out what was going on and was told Friday by the latest. Nothing on Friday. Called again to find out what was going on and was told someone would speak to the warehouse and see what was happening and then call back. Never got called back so chased this up. Eventually got told on Saturday that the alloys and tyres would now not be ready until the following Wednesday and a complimentary set of locking nuts would be thrown in.
Wheels turned up on Wednesday, 8 days after ordering with no complimentary nuts. Useless staff and less then adequate operations. Would never waste any more hard earnt money on this company.

I wanten a set of 17 inch alloy wheels. The set was almost sold out I heard. I got in contact via the Dutch Alfa Romeo forum. The help was swift, kind and now I am a proud owner of one of the nicests sets of alloy wheels. I recieved updates and the package as should be.

Great communication, very friendly and professional, overall service has been excellent.
