All Terrain Cycles Reviews

Very competitive prices, good selection, good website and quick delivery - spot on!
Looks like a nice shop too - If I lived closer I'm sure I'd be a regular visitor.

Quick delivery item well packaged. The item came with no receipt or proof of purchase. I was impressed with the light so purchased another for my road bike from the high street. Paid a bit more got a receipt and peace of mind. Due to this system i probably would not purchase from them again. All Terrain contacted me regarding my comments. Very satisfactory outcome. Excellent !!

Cannot fault this company! After being messed around twice by others leaving me only 10 days to order before Christmas I didn't think I'd recieve the bike in time. Ordered the 14th arrived the 18th. Very fast delivery. They also emailed me to ensure I had picked the correct size bike for my sons height. Will definitely be using again for any future purchases. Highly recommend!

Good choice, excellent service, very prompt delivery!

Good range of products, great price, extremely quick delivery service. Very happy

Great communication, really helpful, easy process to order, the bike was well packaged and was delivered the next day. Would deffiantly recommend.

Where should I start? I called the company, spoke to a real person and asked whether the bike I was hoping to order online was in stock. (Some websites allow you to order a bike but don't actually have it in stock). They don't do that. If you can order it online, they have it. I explained that I was trying to get it delivered for my son's birthday. He explained that they were very busy due to Christmas but would do everything they could to get it to me in time for his birthday. That was Monday. His birthday was on Saturday. The bike arrived on Tuesday. Exceptional service from an exceptional company. And the fact that they are in the Lake District (one of my favourite places on earth) even better. Thank you so much.

Excellent communication in ever mattered very quick response thank u

Pleased to find my item in stock, in the colour I wanted and at a discounted price. Only 24 hours after ordering it was delivered to my door. Top notch!

All terrain are always a great when it comes to buying bike gear.
Always have plenty of choices to choose from and the speedy delivery is always a bonus.

Great product, well delivered!

All Terrain Cycles stock a wide variety of cycling accessories and had exactly what I needed in stock and at good prices. Delivery was quick, which is appreciated - in contrast I'm still waiting for something I ordered 6 days ago (and I paid for delivery) from another cycling retailer. So chapeau to All Terrain Cycles!
