We have read your review and we need to correct a few key points, because this is not a case of being charged without access or any kind of “scam.” Your subscription is active and valid — but it was purchased through Google Play, not Apple. These are two completely separate billing systems, and Apple does not allow apps to directly recognize or transfer Google Play purchases on iOS unless they are synced through an account that is still connected on the original platform.
Previously, your Premium access worked because it was being synced via your Aloha profile while you still had access to an Android device. Now that you no longer have that device, the app cannot verify the Google Play subscription on iPhone alone. We understand your concern about having already paid — you have, and that subscription remains active on Google’s side. However, without Android access to sync it, iOS cannot pick it up.
To be very clear, your options are:
Continue using the existing subscription by briefly syncing on an Android device, or cancel the Google Play subscription and switch to an App Store subscription going forward.
