I was pleased with my order for garden hammock replacement cushions. The delivery was quick and came on the day that I wanted. The cushions were in perfect condition and I would not hesitate to recommend Alton Garden Centre for anyone ordering online.

Really good value and very fast response to order. Usally call in at centre but cheaper to have fish food delivered which was on day as indicated. Fron now on will use delivery method unless in the area.

The item I ordered was at a very good price and was delivered in very quick time. The parcel delivery tracker service was very accurate. All in all, an excellent service.

We bought a Jamie Oliver firepit set. We researched the cheapest price and Alton garden Centre was £200 cheaper than anyone else. There was also no delivery charge which every other site we looked at charged. We had guaranteed delivery, and received the product less than 48 hours after we ordered it! With my cynical head on I was sure something was going to go wrong but no, everthing was as it said it would be and when, you can't ask better than that! By the way we are loving the Firepit set!

We asked the question by email late on Saturday night and the response arrived on Sunday ! I was already impressed. The item was exactly as described and although too large for my cantilever parasol this was explained so I have no reason to complain, just need to get the sewing machine out . Thank you for a very good product and excellent service .

Ordered a table and chairs for the garden which was cheaper at altons than anywhere else. Unfortunately 2 of the chairs were damaged on arrival, so a phone call was made.
Next morning my 2 new chairs arrived all intact. Very impressed with the quick service and the table and chairs now have pride of place in my garden. Thanks

I ordered it on the internet and saved about £500 on the price of the local garden centres. I thought next day delivery was a bit ambitious but it came on time. I telephoned Altons and spoke to this guy who was really helpful and friendly and he answered my query straight away.

I placed the order. Received an email confirming the order. Shortly after received email advising it had been dispatched and should arrive next day. At 09.00 hrs received another email telling me that delivery would be between 12.45 and 13.45, it even told me the delivery drivers name. Order arrived at 13.15. Excelent could not have asked for more.

We ordered a lawn mower and this was delivered before the allocated time after a phoning and confirming with us. It was delivered ready to go. Well done.

Definitely use this service again. By far the cheapest and delivery service was fab, keeping you up to date with what's happening. No waiting in all day for a delivery. Very friendly even informed of the couriers name.

ordered wednesday afternoon saying it would be here friday they wernt lying emailed giving time of delivery so didnt have to wait in all day just the hour i was told it was promp and on time will certainly not only use alton garden centre again but have already passed details on to friends and family found them excellent 5star sevice and quality
