Worst ever brand , never shipped my item scammers can’t believe how they ruined there brand rep like this!! Aired all my emails will be taking this further DONT BUY OF THEN SCAMMERS

I have emailed, messaged on tik tok and instagram for the return address as stated in website to contact via email -
No reply and numerous times I have repeated this.
I have a product that is does not fit and need to send back for a refund and no response from this company.
It’s very poor customer service and they have read messges and email.
I am taking this further

Scammers they said they sent the goods to my house never came and the bank took my money back

If you wanna get robbed and receive no goods and have ya money taken this is your company. Two trackies ordered and nothing, don’t reply to emails or anything.

I would give this clothing brand a 1 star ignore the 5 stars there all bots anyways I ordered a windbreaker about 2 months ago never came!!! I emailed and they said there under new management which is not true as the phone number has been the same for as long as I can remember and they had the audacity to tell me to get my money back. Also they ignore the fact that I payed money and if they get proof then they can send me a windbreaker anyways I tooken my business elsewhere I recommend you don't order anything from these scammers and that you buy from shops like NVLTY

Ordered a tracksuit september waited the 15 days never arrived was told there is a delay and would be another 7-12day so asked for a refund multiple times which they finally agreed to refund me never received that either so had to go though my bank and put a dispute form in and now finally have my money back its only took a couple of months terrible customer service as they ignore you half the time definitely won’t be ordering from them again

Never received, kept saying 7 to 15 days for months. Then said couldn’t refund as knew people taken over !

Like so many others, I wish I could leave a zero star review. Waited weeks for a tracksuit we ordered in September, to be told they are now under new management and we should apply for a refund through our bank. Disgusting behaviour from a company in a cost of living crisis.

What’s worse is I know people who have ordered previously and got the product with just a long wait for it ( was expected for a up & coming store like this ) and it was great quality but when I ordered on the 17th of September I’ve had nothing but Lies about delays in manufacturing with the option to request a refund via there WhatsApp by sending my bank details over ( the cheek of this itself is the icing on the cake ) then with my emails being ignored, I messaged the insta page to be told they are now under new management which is clearly I lie!! Absolutely shocking how they can do this to people.. hoping I can get my money back through the bank

Waited 8 weeks for my sons order chasing once in that time. I was told 10-15 days until the order would arrive. We waited and nothing, chased again on jnstagram as they tend to respond to this platform. Received a relatively quick response saying change of mgmt apply for chargeable. I would have preferred the tracksuits but no option. Never again.

Ordered quite a few items. Didn't receive email confirmation. After 5-6 days chased them by email as website down and phone number was 01234 567890. Didn't get any response.
Contacted bank and they retrieved money back.
Do not order from them!!!

Sizing wrong and trousers faulty with hole in them. Tried to contact customer services to arrange return and refund but they would not respond.
I am now stuck with faulty clothes that are tiny and so will not fit my son. Absolute waste of money

Never ever order from this company.
Waited 3 months for my £95 order, never received my order. False emails sent. And now told I have to contact my bank to get my money back.
Stay well clear of them

This is company coning people.

They charge you then buy more time then stop responding then finally have the audacity to send below message.

I have brought 2 tracksuits for son back on the 21st September still waiting. Not even getting a reply when I email them now

Wouldn't even get 1 star given the choice. My twins ordered hoodies one day apart, one got one didn't. Been emailing them for about 6 weeks. First they said a stock issue with an eta of 5 to 15 working days, then received an email today stating they're under new management and I should contact my bank for a refund. I think its the same management and they underestimated orders. I've told my boys to be mindful of these young people with clothing lines, they may not be able to fulfil the orders, they also lack transparency, honesty and good customer care, not the first time, we've had this issue with another line. Its a shame, I love the fact young people are opening businesses, but it comes with a need for integrity. I hope they learn from it.

Paid for a jacket in September never received it , awful company avoid at all costs ,have been reported as rogue trader

I made an order on the 27th of august , have not received one bit if the order. I was told i should receive a week later (after paying an extra £3 for flat rate meaning 1-2 day’s delivery) still haven’t.I gave up i decided to contact them , they told me contact paypal.Paypal is unable to track the transaction as if it had been deleted.They then told me on october 13(1month and a bit later)I should recieve my order with 2-7 days.I was happy i was going to use that money to buy my son more clothes that was on sale for his birthday.They then ignored my emails,my messasges on whatsapp and instagram.They then messaged me and said they have lost track of all orders. What?! So in short terms they took my money and left.I wish i had read the reviews , trust me do not buy, better off buying a tax3 instead. Worst clothing store ever i will make sure to file another complaint until all of us who have been scammed have recieved our refund

Take your money, then dont respond to emails or instant messages or send the items. Don't buy

This company should not be trusted. In September 2023 they took without hesitation the full money from my account for clothing . Since then via their WhatsApp chat (only way of contacting them) I have been repeatedly advised that the order is still being processed and to be patient. As this is a gift for my sons birthday in 1 weeks time I ensured that I ordered in good time. I have just at 9.09pm on 4th November recieved a message saying how they are now under new ownership and have no access to previous orders Information and cannot fulfill the order and to contact my bank to get a refund WHAT A COP OUT...... do not give this company your money regardless of ownership they should have details of all orders placed previous and new and I find it extremely poor practice not o have them.
