Ordered a windbreaker and it came after a week and a half which isn’t too bad in terms of shipping but they sent the wrong colourway windbreaker. Quality was alright for the price but was hoping for better. Tried emailing them twice about them sending the wrong colourway and they ignored my email. Bit disappointed to be honest but it is what is is. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Scam , purchased for my son , told me item was delayed and would be with me soon , this was a month ago . Now not responding to messages , website shut so I've started clawback of my money .my advice is not to shop using social media ever again

Avoid these dirty scammers!!!! My son is out of pocket, money he'd saved himself. They have completely blocked me so my reports aren't even going through on insta. They promise a refund before blocking you too!!!! I just wonder how much money they have actually took off people over the last few months??? Don't bother commenting on their posts either, they delete them. Absolute scum

Ordered tracksuit from Amoure, still waiting for any response or updates. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've ordered in the past and seemed to be fine. But this time awful service. You should be ashamed of yourself treating customers like this!

**edit update**... just received a whatsapp message saying new owners who havent got access to previous orders and to get refund via bank... no access to orders but their WhatsApp chats 🤔

I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for my orders and have been told to wait another 7-12 days due to a new website and still I haven’t received anything. Its now a further 15 daya and now they are not responding to any of my messages or emails. You will NOT go far if you treat customers like this!!

They just blocked me and taken my money this company is the worst place to buy from firstly I order and they keep stalling the order it is now two months and I finally asked them to just refund it and they blocked me

I have made an order on the 14th september, on purchase it was advised 3-15 working days, waited and nothing, contacted them on the 3rd October and was told 5-15 working days would be delivered, today i am still waiting for my order. Not acceptable this should be advised on purchase. Not acceptable,not happy my son birthday was today and the present was not home, how is this fair to wait 2 months for an order. Not happy, not acceptable.

If I could give no stars that would sum this company up ..I order 2 track suits in September 23 and still not arrived ..no one reply to you or let u know what is going on with your order ..this company is a rip off they steal your money and buff you of on apologies once in a blue moon saying your order is delayed for another 8 weeks ..not sure if anyone know how I can get my money back if anyone has the same problem could u let me know

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, they take kids money and do not send items or refund for non receipt of items. My 15 year old worked the summer to purchase clothes from these criminals amd almost 2 months later his items are yet to arrive and when you request a refund they ignore you. I do not believe this brand to be genuine. Stear clear or you will lose your hard earned money.

Total scam , steer clear.

On 10th September my grandson ordered 2tracksuits cost was 76 96 the money was took out of my bank we didn't receive the tracksuits so he asked for a refund an is still waiting for the refund oi would appreciate it if you could refund him asap

Shocking customer service ignored over and over again phoned left numerous messages to be ignored avoid this company at all cost scammer
Discussing way to treat your customers

Ordered on the 21st of September and it still hasn’t come (26 October). I was told 2-9 day delivery time. After messaging them again and asking for an update I was told to give them another week and it should come, that was on October 2nd and I still haven’t received my tracksuit. I have ordered from them before and did receive my shorts but this was months and months ago and don’t remember how long it took to come. Extremely dissapointed with the time it is taking to come and believe that have bit off more than they could chew

SCAMMERS!!!! Do not buy from this website!! They take your money then don’t deliver the goods!! Emails/messages all ignored!!! Disgraceful way to treat people!!

Clothing for his birthday £110 later no clothing from over a month ago! Emailed ignored, messaged blocked, contacted via WhatsApp not looked at. Clearly a scam artist with nothing better to do than steal!

i ordered my tracksuit 2 months ago and have messaged them but they are ignore my messages and my requested refund

Ordered and never got the product, when i emailed they said they were only in the manufacturing stage and that it should be delivered in 15 days, nearly a month goes past and i hear nothing from them, i asked for a refund and to my surprise they never wrote back again, luckily i was able to get my money refunded by my bank as i had evidence!!!
Avoid at all costs this is a scam!!!
