*** Avoid **** ordered wind breaker jacket .. nine days been and gone and now says website under construction. Will be contacting my bank to report suspected scam / fraudulent website

I am asking for information about the order that was paid on September 9 and I still do not have the product,no answer from the company. Terrible service

Ordered a Hoodie and Joggers on 21/09/23. Order stated 9 working days delivery. Sent an message on 6th October asking for update. Customer services said they couldn't update due to 'overload' in orders and I should leave it a few days.
Messaged again today 13th October to be advised that it will be another 7-12 days or I could have a refund which will take 3-7 days. Absolutely shocking services from a 'company' way out of it's depth. Will have a very disappointed son on his birthday on Sunday.

Not helpful!!! SCAM!!! Ignored all messages with queries regarding a parcel which has been over a month since the order was placed and still not received!!! DO NOT BUY OR ORDER!! SCAM!!

I had payed an extra £3.99 for next day delivery, Only for the product to come almost 4 days later. And not only that but packaging of said item was appalling, no extra bagging, no extra love put into the product, just shoved right into a grey bag. Not only was the delivery experience a disgrace. But the item itself is disgusting. Its not even a well put together windbreaker. Its literally a raincoat from a DIFFERENT brand, With there ass logo slapped onto it. May the lord have mercy on me for what i had to endure for those very long 4 days waiting for this disgusting product. PS, fire your model and get a new one

The lowest I could give was 1 star but it would be zero. My sons gf purchased an item 4 weeks ago. She’s only 15 and used her hard earned money for these scam artists to ignore her messages and take peoples money. Think it’s time to involve the police

Ordered on the 7th of September. Order still not arrived so email and watsapp them and no reply at all. What a f ing joke. Quick to take your money but can’t give their stuff. Keep away

I think it’s a scam. I bought a tracksuit for my son on the 15th I had confirmation email and nothing else at all. No delivery information / tracking anything. I’ve contacted twice as it’s been about 3 weeks and no response on either occasion. There’s a bloody mobile number for contact you can’t get through to. I want tracksuit or my refund. What a joke. It’s mugging off the less fortunate people that can’t afford expensive tracksuits are going to this company to get things for reasonable price but they seem to be robbing people. Really this needs to be investigated.

Very clear why the reviews are so bad. No one receives the orders and if they do they return the order and their return get refused. The cs is a joke they read your messages and ignore them. And the audacity to call themselfs the “UK’s no.1 up and coming brand”… JOKERS

Amoure clothing is a good quality brand my hoodie came in great condition without any damage or delivery issues I love the feel of this hoodie it has a cosy inner layer and a silky outter layer id recommended buying any of amoures products you wont regret it!

The team did their best in trying to give me my orders on time not to mention their fantastic customer service.Honestly a big fan.
