The shop has amazing customer service to deliver products in a timely manner and keep you informed. Saad has been an absolute gem to support me with my orders. I highly recommend purchasing from amsons.

I accidentally booked the second class delivery option, quietly kicking myself about it. Yet the item was despatched promptly and came miraculously the day before it was needed. It was a lovely wedding gift and had pride of place at the ceremony. Delighted with the whole experience.

Year's ago, after finishing Sister's lessons on a Saturday, I remember going into Amson's. Looking for a new hijab and matching undercap. Being shy, to approach the brother's, asking them if I could smell some new attar. Buying Zam Zam water, miswak. Educational books on interesting subjects catered towards the Muslimah. Especially related to 'becoming a righteous wife!
Now Year's later, I still support Amson's by purchasing the latest new hijab etc. The brother's go above and beyond to please their customers. Always courteous, mindful and knowledgeable. Once or twice I have received a call regarding an order. Telling me that a scarf or something else is out of stock. And would I like another colour or a refund. I really appreciated being told that I had a choice. I am satisfied and pleased with my purchases. I recommend Amson's to those preferring a more personal customer experience. Especially new Muslims with regards to furthering their knowledge of Quran and Sunnah!

I love love love buying from them! I found them through a tiktok live and I couldn’t buy via the tiktok shop. They contacted me after I direct messaged them and Abbas was so helpful helping me purchase the items I wanted in my size and getting the ones that were not also listed on the website! Very very friendly and kind staff here and my items arrived in a timely manner. They are lovely and I will definitely be purchasing again soon. The customer service was amazing, I was worried about not receiving my order on time and the company made sure the order was delivered first class in time for when I needed! The dress I ordered was also very beautiful and exactly like the picture. Very pleased.

I received my order within days of purchasing, they were all neatly packaged and secure. My only note would be for them to include more photos of their hijabs on their site so we could better see the material as the ombrè hijabs are pretty transparent. I also can't leave reviews on the official site which would be beneficial for other customers while choosing products.

All in all, I like this company and I'll order from them again :) thanks

Thanks for your great service today.! Amsons called me to let me know the pattern on prayer mats I ordered wasn’t available. Sent me a photo of alternative pattern which I actually preferred.

Recently made a purchase after seeing after seeing a tiktok video of their new collection which hadn’t been uploaded on website yet. Contacted customer services who provided assistance immediately via WhatsApp, I even requested a few more items to be added which he did. Felt like I had a personal shopper.
I was surprised when the delivery had arrived the following morning! Bearing in mind the postage was free as I spent over a certain amount I didn’t expect them to send it as priority within 24 hours. The garments were packed perfectly and very pleased with the quality of their goods as usual. I have shopped with amsons previously a number of times and have never been disappointed. It's just a shame their stores are not local to me.

Delivered promptly

Ordered last minute wedding gift but Alhamdulillah excellent service arrived the same day and hand delivery. Gift boxes look immaculate thank you so so much.

Delivery was super quick , service was amazing and quality was 10/10… really happy and will definitely be ordering again…
