Ordered a personalised name bracelet in white gold and it is absolutely beautiful! Super fast delivery too!

Stay away, absolute scam. I ordered a bracelet and after a month it never arrived. Emailed and no answer. Finally got Anna on the phone and she fed me a load of lies. I had to try and go through my bank to try and get refunded and only then did she refund me. The ridiculous part is that she didn’t refund me the 15 pounds that I payed for shipping for an item that I never received! Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Save yourself the headache and stay away!

I ordered the calendar necklace as a gift for a friend, it came within 10 days personalised and the packaging is fab !

Avoid. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago & have still not received my necklace. Even more concerning is that customer service is dire-I have sent 3 emails which they have chosen to completely ignore.

Orders the Korinna choker. Took 2 weeks and 2 emails to receive it. I was so excited…..oh boy was I disappointed. Paid £50 for a piece of wire with some gold coloured beads on it!! The beads at each end of the wire are scratchy as not finished off properly!! Absolute junk! 50 quid for that!! So cheap and nasty!

Received my necklace today and it is dainty and beautiful! Anna is such a lovely and kind soul and so so helpful! Can’t wait to buy again in the future!

I have ordered several of Anna Lou's gorgeous name necklaces for friends, and for me! They are really nicely made, and the gold plated version has lasted a long time, despite me wearing it constantly.

Still didn’t get my order after 2+ months of waiting, and no answers from Anna Lou even though I sent a couple of emails to get updates of my delivery.

I Absolutely Love Anna Lou of London ,I first discovered her in a boutique near me, now I can also shop online, I am so pleased with my amazing necklace so well made.

My mum bought me a rose gold plated name necklace which after time started to wear slightly round the edges so i purchased myself one in sterling silver with the box chain. I had a problem where the clip came off the chain and this was resolved promptly and at no cost, with them repairing and returning the necklace. i have since bought the same necklace as an extremely well received gift. I never take mine off and neither do they

I had ordered a solid gold name necklace for my niece’s 21st birthday. I was concerned that its arrival might be a little late as it was being hand made. I contacted Anna Lou who was fantastic and I don’t know how she did it but the necklace arrived on time. It was so beautifully made and the clasp had a lovely crown attached which was a lovely feature. Thank you so much and my niece was absolutely delighted with her gift.
