Great glider and shopping experience
Website easy to navigate, price was lower than other sites and shipping was free and timely. The glider I purchased is sturdy and comfortable and was very easy to assemble.

dishonest, deceptive, and thieves- RUN AWAY FAST!
dishonest, deceptive advertising about flimsy product- they call it 'heavy duty', but it's not. they also rip you off, making you pay to insure inbound shipping and try to rip you off with return shipping, after you discover the product won't work for you because they lied to you about it. customer service is arrogant and snarky. they are terrible and thieves. RUN AWAY FAST- i would give ZERO stars, if possible.
087/14/26 update/reply to Aosom's response: when customer support gaslights you and thinks that by saying facetious, 'have a nice day', etc. when confronted with dishonest and deceptive tactics, it's NOT being 'courteous' or 'respectful'. if somebody punches you in the mouth and says 'have a nice day'- they are not really being nice. this company is a fraud. period. trust me.

Assembly was challenging, and return process was disappointing
This playground set required two people to assemble, which wasn't clear at the time of purchase. Also all measurements are in millimeters, which added extra difficulty. I attempted to build it on my own but wasn't able to complete the assembly without a second person to help.
As a result, I decided to return the set. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would not receive a full refund, as the return was classified as "buyer's remorse." I felt this didn't accurately reflect the situation.
For anyone considering this set, it's worth planning for two-person assembly and being comfortable working with millimeter measurements. It may also be helpful to confirm the return policy in advance in case assembly issues arise.

True to what they advertise
My item arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the product was not the correct fit. The chat feature actually works. I had to do a return and initiated it late in the day and someone(??) was available to instruct and help me through the process. Not a lot of extra talk; the process was quick. Aosom offers a few ways of contact which I appreciated. I will shop them again when I am in need of outdoor items. Unlike some companies, they stand behind what they advertise.

No stars. This company lies about what their small animal cages are for and then won't give a full refund. They lie when it comes to giving a refund. They blame the customer for the reason for the return and charge the customer for shipping their product back to them. Lies lies lies. I will NEVER buy anything from these crooks. More lies. We'd also like to clarify that we do not charge return shipping for warranty-related claims involving damaged, defective, or incomplete items, and we provide free shipping on all of our products. In this case, the return was requested because the cage was too small for your pet, which is considered a buyer's remorse return rather than a warranty claim. We make every effort to provide accurate dimensions and product details in our listings so customers can make informed purchasing decisions before ordering.

It has been absolutely terrible dealing with this company. I am absolutely disgusted that I have to spend so much money to return an item. I couldn’t even take out of the box because it would not work on the stairs as I had participated per of the advertisement. That to me is not a full refund!

Great price for the quality
Great price for the quality. Other cages were three to four times more costly. Installation was simple. The roof was tricky and I needed a second helper to fasten the last bit together. Nice thing is, this cage is customizable which is perfectly suited to my needs. This will serve as an outdoor living space for my canary. There is plenty of space to add a water feature for him to bathe in. I had to modify parts of the cage to add food dishes and I added more perching bars. This does not have a bottom (the seller does not exactly make that perfectly clear). This is what I needed, though. My canary and I are very pleased with this enclosure so far.
