I'm really like my raised bed until so nicer quality is amazing I love the color the size of it is perfect and I cannot wait to plant my tomatoes in them and my package came earlier than expected which was absolutely wonderful

The item came complete and in good shape. It was easy to put together and looks nice on the wall.

The chair was damaged. How do I get my money back. One of the wires was smashed.

We got exactly what we paid for. Rather small but workable

Assembly was relatively easy. Chair is great but the footrest does leave much to be desired. It really doesn't go out that much nor hold much weight. Otherwise, like it.

Everything went well. Delivery was fast and efficient and everything need for putting it together was there. The only thing I did not like was the instructions in putting the item together. Not clear and it took a while to figure out some of the items to put together. Need more clear instructions in putting it together.

Nice cabinet and was relatively easy to assemble. There was one error on the drawing that was an issue, but overall was a good buy.

Wonderful customer service. My package was going to be delivered to my home address where I would not be for a couple months. I sent an email stating I wanted to package delivered to an alternate address.
The customer service agent stopped delivery of the package which was already in the hands of FedEx.
She had the original package returned to AOSOM and sent a new package to my requested address.

As usual I got what I ordered. The price is right.

I’m pleased with how the surface looks. It’s really pretty. I was not expecting it to be so nice looking. Also, I received the shipment and half of the time that I thought it was gonna take to get to my house. However, one of the plastic pieces that joins the backing was broken beyond repair so I had to notify the company right away to get a replacement part ordered. I am unhappy that I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to receive the replacement part. This puts me severely behind and my house is an extreme mess because of all the stuff that I need to organize into these two cabinets. Also, it took me forever to put the first cabinet together and now the doors don’t fit in the upper part of the cabinet. There is about a 4 inch gap underneath the set of doors. I decided to go ahead and start to assemble the second cabinet and realized that the assembly guide that came with the shipment; has an incorrect step marked on them. On the second page of the assembly guide, it shows to attach piece number 12 to piece number 2 and then also piece number 3 to piece number 13. I realized that this is why my doors have a 4 inch gap underneath them on the current cabinet that’s assembled. Piece number 2 should be attached piece number 13 and piece number 3 to piece number 12. I was really excited to get these put together and get my craft room/office space organized Long before now. Now I’m just sitting waiting with clutter in my house and it’s been very disappointing to be so excited but frustrated at the same time.

I received my chicken coop so quickly. I really did not expect that. It was fairly easy to assemble. The roof could use a little better assembly instructions but you can figure it out. I love the finished product!
