First of all it was packaged good. All pieces were there. Only thing is, should make a better tool for putting together.time consuming if you're doing alone. Overall great product. It was a gift for a friend. She loves it. She's a bigger lady, and holds up well! I would purchase from you again 😊

Package was dropped off in the middle…
Package was dropped off in the middle of my walkway and the box it was in was totally destroyed! Your company sent me a FedEx label but made no effort to have a FedEx truck pick up the package which weighed at least 125 lb or more! I'm a 68 year old woman and I weigh 110 and it was all I could do to push the Box into my residence off of my walkway so, yes, I was extremely disappointed and had to make arrangements on my own with FedEx to pick up the box and return it to you. I am still waiting for confirmation from you on the return of the merchandise and my full refund!

Outdoor sofa regret
Picture is nice and I was excited to get it and sit out on my enclosed porch. The sofa sat in the box for 2 weeks until my handyman could put it together. The cushion is thin and sitting is uncomfortable. The sofa is very narrow; if I was a large person, I would not be able to sit on it. I considered the OVERALL dimensions, but should have considered the seat dimensions only instead. The seat cushion has 2 side pillows attached but I’d like to be able to remove at last one side so I can use as an end table to put my coffee cup down. I wish I had kept the boxes because I really regret buying this outdoor sofa and spending over $500. I am so disappointed.

Great purchase for the price
This was a great purchase. Floating mat is exactly as I expected and works the same and is the same size as other products of 2x the price! We've put it in the water and flattened out and the kids started trying to beat it up immediately. No issues yet!

The tiny tool was impossible
The tiny tool was impossible! Had to use a ratchet and it still took hours to assemble. Plus, there were scratches on the paint in a couple of places. Do you have touch up paint?

The shade was delivered quicker than…
The shade was delivered quicker than expected and although there were many part assembly was fairly easy. There were a lot of pieces, and it takes two to put it together, but went well.

We ordered a pergula to replace the one…
We ordered a pergula to replace the one we had purchased from them before. It had been maybe 8 years and the canopy wore out and the cross bar was bent. It came so quickly-a few days at most. We aren't going to put it up until next spring but nice to know its here and ready when that time comes. We really enjoy sitting out under it and is well worth the money!
