We ordered a pergula to replace the one we had purchased from them before. It had been maybe 8 years and the canopy wore out and the cross bar was bent. It came so quickly-a few days at most. We aren't going to put it up until next spring but nice to know its here and ready when that time comes. We really enjoy sitting out under it and is well worth the money!

Pre-drilled holes missing
Pre-drilled holes missing. Threads on bolts damaged badly enough the nuts would not thread on them. I am very mechanically inclined and the parts are just not matching up to the extremely poor visual instructions given. As it sits now, it can’t be put together and I will be asking for a refund. Terrible product!

I like the soft fabric, but balance is off.
I like the soft fabric. the thick footrest and the fluffy back. However, the chair is not balanced right when the foot rest is out. The chair has already tipped forward several times just when I lean forward in the chair.
