Instructions were easy
Instructions were easy, only the items didn’t align. Very cheap material, no padding in cushions. Not pleased with this in the least. Delivery was prompt.

It is the perfect gift
It is the perfect gift for a toddler. The price was right, good quality, delivered on time. The only issue we had putting it together was one of the holes for the bolt was too small but was easily drilled to make bigger.

A company that respects their customers
I have searched for at least 6 months looking for a company that treated their customers with respect when purchasing an item.
I have been looking for a certain size hutch seeing some that I have liked through other companies. In reading the reviews from so many customers, being very unhappy with their purchased hutches because of missing pieces to damaged product parts, I was getting very discouraged thinking i may not buy one. There are so many people that get treated poorly for just wanting their hutches to be made right and not be hassled asking for a replacement part/parts.
I know it's not the company who sold the hutches that are made poorly, it's the manufacturers fault. The manufacturers need to get their act together and not send out damaged or poorly made goods.
When I came across Aosom USA and read their reviews, I knew I came to the right company because of all the reviews that I had read, they treated their customers with respect. I just hope Aosom USA doesn't get screwed over from the manufactures. Hopefully they can get write-offs for the poor quality from the manufacturers.

Nice outdoor piece

Except for the plastic door my bunny can easily push open I added small bungee cords to top n bottom I also added non skid tape to steps n landing areas bunny have no pads so he can’t slip now other wise the bottom drawer n ease to clean n move is so nice im happy I wish id bought it sooner !!

Great value for a sturdy raised planter bed!
We have been looking for raised planter beds for quite some time, but wanted metal rather than wood. Metal is study, looks very nice in our backyard, the price was very economical, and delivery was fast and accurate. The added wire shelf at the bottom is so handy and a real bonus. The instructions were also very easy to interpret. Terrific value. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
