Right from the innitial contact, the team at Appeal Business rates were friendly. When they visited the site, they had already done their research and they presented me with information about the business rate calculation for other nurseries close to our setting. They presented the case to the valuation office with clear evidence and we have a massive reduction in our rateable value.

Excellent company giving excellent service.
There are not many companies that are as honest and reliable as this company.
They came to inspect my retail property and decided that an appeal would not be worthwhile. Other companies wanted to charge us a fee and make a claim regardless, but they were completely honest and said it would not be worthwhile.
Very refreshing to receive such good advice.

Like a lot of people have found owning commercial property which I cant find tennants for a real financial millstone. Spoke to Darren and explained my circumstance. Instead of trying to make money out of me he gave me some valuable free advice. He honestly explained that fees to work on my behalf werent going to be cost effective for me but he then went on to be very generous with his time and advice. Can only think what an honest and upfront guy, would definately have used them if it had been appropriate.

Very Helpful Lyndsey took some information, then suggested that there was no point in making an appeal for our rates.
Other firms would have done so to get the business.
