We live in London and have struggled for years with foxes and cats using our garden daily as a toilet, making it utterly unusable for our kids in summer for as long as I can remember. We tried water-sprayers, battery-powered sound emitters, tea-tree oil, lemon rind, wall spikes THE LOT, and nothing ever worked. We must have sent £500 over the years on different products, and we read every article on the internet - all to no avail. Then, a year ago, we bought the PESTFree + Ultrasonic Multi Animal Deterrent - and now we haven't had a fox or a cat in our garden for a whole year!! Only someone who has suffered from foxes or cats relentlessly crapping in thier garden undertsands what that actually means. Now I no longer have to check the grass before letting my kids go out to play - it has been a total game changer - I cannot recommend this thing enough.

We had courier breakages when our order arrived. Karen dealt with the problem extremely efficiently and we had replacements on the day following us advising of the problem.
Sometimes things go wrong. How they are dealt with shows who's good and who's not.

Ark wildlife supplies some great products. I recently purchased their large seed guardian for our pole feeder. We have rooks and jackdaws that have learned how balance on the feeder and can empty the feeder in a matter of minutes. I thought the guardian was just the cage to go around my existing feeder so was delighted when it came with a brand new feeder too. Since using this guardian its has kept the larger birds off the feeder. The guardian wasn't cheap but will pay for itself over a few months. Going to order a second one soon.

A few weeks ago I posted a review about the drop in quality about the floating duck food. I was contacted the next day by the company and given a full breakdown and explanation of the issue. It turns out that the manufacturing process was to blame for the food sinking. I was immediately offered fresh food and assured that the quality of the food was still top notch. I have now been sent out a new batch of floating duck and refunded half my purchase price. The customer service from Ark Wildlife has been outstanding and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

I have ordered from them twice and the postage is so fast it's impressive. I like their ethos and their products. I look forward to shopping more with them.

I have been buying various bird food for a long time from Ark. Always great quality and prompt delivery. Trusted and convenient. Can’t praise them highly enough.

Having been a loyal customer for years, especially the duck and swan food. I was very disappointed with the latest batch (16kg purchased) and the marked deterioration in quality.
It has gone from a high quality product which I recommend to anyone - to one which can only be described as the sweepings off the floor - and the pieces no longer float! To add to the disappointment the price has increased - again!
Please check your suppliers Ark Wildlife - they shouldn't be producing such an inferior product.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ark Wildlife for a while now. Their products, whether for birds, squirrels, or bees, are consistently high quality and reasonably priced. Delivery is always prompt, and the website is easy to navigate. I’ve had great customer service with quick, professional responses to any problems. Highly recommend!

Well I buy walnuts in shells every week totalling 120 pounds a month 32 pounds for 5kg I just went to purchase again and 5kg is now 40 pounds that's 8 pounds hike.
I went on ebay and found 5kg for 28 pounds. Sorry arkwildlife but you have definitely lost my custom that's an 8 pounds jump.

Found this website after constantly being let down by another supplier. Ark Wildlife are brilliant as they respond to your order straight away and ship the very same day.
Quality of bird food is outstanding and price is competitive. I can’t fault them

Customer relations are non - existent; Recent e-mail no response; not the first occasion. In the past I have purchased over a thousand pounds worth of bird foods but ceased due to the exessive prices now. the fact is, there are other retailers that have food of the same quality significantly cheaper, with excellent communication and occasional discounts for customers who are valued. I notice from the reviews, that Ark give thanks to all good reviews but ignore negative reviews, That says a lot!
I thank Ark for their reply, but as I explained in my initial mail to them regarding the Premium Peanuts; i was not trying to negotiate a price without a good reason. The fact is that this item was not available for some time and I requested that Ark let me know when available. This they failed to do;when recently I checked their site and found that they were available again but that all 12Kg packs were gone and only 6 kg left. Was it really unreasonable in these circumstances to offer to pay a price for two 6 KG packs that would have been about the same as the 12KG pack had it been available. The two packs of 6GK would have cost over £46,. I offered to pay £38. The same as another outlet who are offering premium quality nuts as £37. Sorry to note Ark's inflexible stance.

What a fabulous online store! Everything you need to give the wild a chance. I purchased a bee house & bee tubes. I have my own colony of mason & leaf cutter bees. They use the old bee hotels picked up in Aldi. They are too old now & I need a better way of keeping my colony healthy. Ark had just what I need at a great price. I ordered & it arrived the next day. The box was sustainably packed just adding to the whole experience.
The product I bought is extremely well made & sturdy. I love it & will be adding a second in another month.
The full range of products are well priced. Everyone can afford to give back to nature a little or a lot by purchasing something for the garden from here.

I've been ordering regularly from Ark Wildlife for over a year. We have squirrels, birds and hedgehogs visiting our garden and it's no exaggeration to say that they love AW food and rarely, if ever, are there any leftovers! The website is engaging, user-friendly and offers a great selection to choose from. Lastly, orders are delivered promptly.

Excellent quality, very good price, next day delivery. I feed squirrels regularly with pistachios, all kind of fruits and veggies. I have recently decided to feed them with a proper food and the Ark Wildlife is the place that provides it all. They also give you a lot of useful information about the wildlife.

I ordered a hedgehog house from ark wildlife because it was the cheapest out of all websites I searched. DPD delivered it next day.

Had really good experiences until this week and fair doe's it's down to dpd couriers but you'll get no help from either dpd or Ark.
I order 100s of pounds of walnuts in shell's for the squirrels a month but the couriers have been absolute d/cks this week and now can't deliver until Monday it's Friday and I've 9 squirrels to feed.
As Ark or dpd weren't helpful I will not be buying from Ark again until they change couriers but they don't care how good a customer you are they basically tell you 'oh well '
I've now got to use my Last 30 pounds to buy more off amazon for tomorrow which is my pet insurance money until the nuts go back to Ark and I get my refund leaving my cat at risk if he gets injured or sick.
I'm livid at the lack of help from these people I really am appalled and fed up.
100 damn pounds what a joke.

No loyalty to customers spending loads of money and definitely don't care about the animals you feed but they do like your money.
Further more my window is wide open and I'm charging my mobility scooter yet he says I'm not in.

Just found 25kg for another 7 pounds on healthy supplies which is even better.

The Audubon baffle is very easy to attach to the feeding pole, and it certainly exceeded my expectations. It’s also easy to clean.The squirrels now use their squirrel feeder and also eat seed mix from the ground feeder, so they are well catered for. Ark were quick to offer a refund after I complained that the squirrel food I ordered wasn't of good quality (maybe it was a rogue pack, so I am happy). The quality of items at Ark Wildlife is usually excellent and they are very reliable.

Absolutely amazing place! Toilets every where! Food was lovely! Staff are all lovely and friendly! Animals well kept and loads and loads to do! This place is outstanding!!

I am a regular online customer of Ark Wildlife. I recently had a small query with an order received. Craig at The Ark dealt with the issue extremely promptly and professionally via courteous emails. No quibble or fuss, just excellent customer service. I will certainly continue to buy my wildlife food products from them.
