Good quality doors, happy with purchase. Only comment is the delivery was later than the stated 5days however the customer services people provided clear communication to make delivery arrangements.

Well firstly order was delivered late in spite of receiving txt saying it was coming as promised , and we had big problems sorting as it turned out door was actually from another supplier not aspire . We asked for £48 delivery charge to be reduced due to inconvenience/stress caused but not given.
Then when door came it was wrong. We ordered an unglazed door ( there was a version with glass in it but we wanted to put in our own patterned glass to match our decor) but the door was solid with spaces filled with panelling. We feel strongly the product description is not accurate as anyone would assume it meant no glass in door with spaces free to put own glass in .
We then struggled to return it as they cd not pick up before we went away.
All in all a stressful and difficult experience.

We've had the door installed for a couple of years, and it's worked very well, but an issue developed with one of the parts. I contacted Aspire and within a couple of hours I'd had confirmation that the replacement part was being sent out under warranty to sort the problem. Great customer service. Thanks.

Bought 3 piece bi-fold oak doors. Joiner went to fit them and remarked the fittings, hinges, handles so on were all of a very high standard and quality ! The doors and all surrounding fittings were all very well finished and again all of a very high standard ! When doors were fitted and finished, the finishing look highly exceeded expectation and joiner said all instructions were clear and concise, bar a few bits of tweaking here and there, joiner said he was highly impressed with the quality of the product. I would highly recommend if you are looking for doors to definitely use Aspire doors. 11/10

Aspire Doors were able to help me with selecting doors and with measuring openings- the customer service was fabulous. The delivery was efficient and quick and the doors came well protected as well as being a very good price. I highly recommend Aspire doors.

We’re so happy with our internal bi-folds. They not only look incredible – completely transforming and elevating the space, but they are also amazing for temperature control in both summer and winter – going from an open-plan space, this is a complete game-changer for us. The other huge benefit of these doors, is that they’re surprisingly fantastic with sound control between the rooms (a real added bonus with noisy kids 😂). The quality is just unbelievable for such a reasonable price tag. I honestly couldn’t reccomend them more!

Internal bifold doors arrived as advised.
Doors were fitted and working perfectly.
Fantastic product at a realistic price.

I installed a set of five of these in a bifold configuration. This isn’t a kit—just separate doors, hardware, and a frame. Everything had to be cut to size, drilled according to the specifications, and have the locks routed and fitted. The whole process took much longer than I expected. The instructions were more of a hindrance than a help.
The finished result looks decent, but if you’re hoping to keep out any drafts, forget it—the gaps at the top, bottom, sides, and between the doors are terrible. I’m also unsure how long they’ll last, as they’re top-hung, quite heavy, and only supported by 25 × 3.5 mm screws.

Great doors, easy to fit (I'm a carpenter). The only thing that would make these better would be the colour of the track and furniture. It would look so much better if it was available in black to match the door set. I also purchase an additional shoot bolt to prevent the bifold part of the door from opening slightly whist the main door was being operated. Only given 4 stars for the time being as don't know how well the furniture perform down the years

One of my worst experience purchasing from there. Parts was missing or incorrect when spoken to customer service was told will get partial refund which never happened. Just a nuisance as i have a door but not fully functional and door frame was incorrect colour. Its been a few years and still no resolution. We have now come to a resolution on new terms not as what i was told on the phone originally but great full Josh took the time to come to a resolution. There was some email communication missed by myself so hence i have edited this review.

So happy with our new internal black doors just had new kitchen installed and saw Aspire on Instagram and these were just what I was looking for. Great quality and although I didn’t receive a confirmation email for delivery they were helpful on the phone to confirm and the delivery turned up on the Monday as promised. Although the price seemed reasonable unfortunately the doors arrived warped at the top and it is extremely difficult to lock them. We didn’t know this until the kitchen fitters told us and they had been unpacked etc so most likely couldn’t return.

I placed order number 42165 on 10th July and apart from a confirmation email, I have heard nothing since. I also used the contact form on your website to ask when the order is likely to be delivered and have heard nothing. Can someone please contact me urgently about this order. Kenny Christie

I bought the door for my lounge thinking it was white and wouldn't need painting which it does it came with a few dig marks on the door other than that it is a lovely door

Easy to find correct style and size and ordering via website was straight forward.
Forgot to add door handles to order but a quick call to the customer service number and the problem was resolved.
Asked for delivery to be held for a while and this was done without hesitation.

would recommend to friends, family and anyone else.

Not even had any email to say when the door will arrive or any correspondence not a good start.
problem solved and doors fitted like a glove hard to fit the glass trims my fitter couldn't do it but abit pressure and they popped in.
