I purchased Bi-fold, French and a single door from Aspire.
They arrived promptly and as advertised. The after sales service has been excellent. Really grateful for the advice and support provided.

They would have been impossible to install without professional builders here.

The door furniture is poor quality and the single door lock doesn't work.

We decided not to install the door furniture.

The latches securing the trifold doors into the floor track cannot be lifted up and could ruin a carpet ...

The construction failed on on the 2nd December as a screw connecting the single door to the top housing has come out of its anchor ... we secured the door as the screw is still long enough not to allow the door to fall out to the side. We have put a heavy chair in place to stop the door falling in line with the floor track. It would cause a lot of damage if it fell out.

We await the builders tomorrow to see why this screw has worked loose.

There are clearly design faults in rlthese doors.

If one of our young grandchildren were here when the door came away ftom its top housing this could have been very dangerous.

Al in all we are pretty dissatisfied ... if these issue can be resolved tomorrow we will have a nice set of interior doors.

Missing pieces of frame! Doors arrived one week from order, we were not give a time frame and the driver arrived 8.10pm. Upon opening the frame packaging we realised we are 2 pieces missing. We have left numerous voicemails and emailed Aspire over the last 48 hrs however are yet to receive a response. Ultimately we are not happy as we had organised a joiner to come and fit the doors over the weekend. My review will not change until I hear back from Aspire !

We are very happy with our purchase of bifold internal door, which arrived soon after we placed the order, with free delivery. Good choice of sizes available to choose from and all components required for door were included in purchase price, along with instructions which was good as our joiner had not installed one like this before.
The door looks very nice, not finished painting yet but looks good.

If the door go wrong, they reject to repair/replace for you. they told you to find carpenter to fix the issue. Please think about this if you want to order a door from them.

firstly, thanks for advice but I just share what I thought. Because we bought the door for 6 months but builder help to fit it last month. I think that is normal everywhere in UK. I didn't hear my builder said any problem on the door when they fit it. The issue is the door fitted and hinged it 1 month and door frame crash appeared. if that is not the door issue, I don't know what I can say.

The doors arrived within a week although I was not given any timeframe for delivery on ordering. The frame was slightly bent and despite many efforts they will not fully lie flat but stand proud a few inches ( about 80 degrees opening). The actual doors fit together nicely and operate smoothly. One area to improve is to not provide a handle but a flush door handle and ball catch. When folded a door handle protrudes and will easily damage anything it folds against!

Rather disappointed. Very few components pre-drilled, lots of fettling on lol ks and catches needed and to top it all live woodworm in one of the pre finished doors. Emailed days ago and no solution offered. I'd avoid them next time. Used other suppliers I was happier with.

The Newton front door purchased seemed fine until subjected to heavy rain when it leaked badly through the insert timber panels. A badly designed and built cheap Chinese door. I can confirm 100% that Aspires "assessment" that the door was only coated on one face as wrong.

I bought the Vision Heritage internal bifolding doors in black. I got really prompt help and advice from Izzy before buying - it wasn’t easy as I already had a larger opening - and when I couldn’t find one of the packages delivered, a lady over the phone was really helpful to talk me through what could be missing. Everything was delivered well packaged. The doors look great.

Ordered a “croft” oak veneer external door late on a Friday and it was delivered early afternoon the following Thursday. Well protected for the journey and it arrived without a mark on it. The finish on the door is exceptional.
