Hi Nicky,
We’re so sorry your gift didn’t arrive as smoothly as planned. Unfortunately, the first parcel was damaged in transit (an extremely rare occurrence) and we organised an Express replacement right away.
We completely understand how disappointing it was that it didn’t arrive in time for the special birthday. We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’ll continue working hard and with our delivery partners to minimise risk of items being damaged in transit.
Warm regards,
Andrew
'Same Day Delivery-Sydney' not an option
The website has a drop down option for 'Same Day Delivery - Sydney'. After receiving tracking details that the gift would be delivered one week after ordering, I was informed via email that Australian Gourmet Gifts does not offer same day delivery in Sydney. The website needs updating to reflect the services you offer.
Hamper was delivered and customer was happy, albeit it was delivered 5 days late.
