Just want to say the service today has been nothing short of amazing! Paul weatherston has done a fantastic job. We had a couple of chips out the door and he came and fixed it today and it looks brand new!

We’ve had a great experience so far throughout the buying process. Kieran Wilmot at Hackett Grange has been amazing, keeping us informed at every step with constant updates and answering all our questions. No ask seemed too much for him he was always happy to help.
We’re just completing this week so hopefully the great experience will continue after move in.

We recently purchased our first home at Hackett Grange in Radcliffe on Trent and had a great experience with Keiran, Zehra and the avant team. As first time buyers we were quite apprehensive about the entire process particularly with buying a new build, however Keiran ensured that we had a really smooth experience. He doesn’t just look at you as a customer, but really cares about you as people and will go above and beyond to ensure that you’re home buying journey is as smooth sailing as can be. He is incredibly knowledgable in all areas, approachable and friendly. What really impressed us was his dedication to provide us weekly updates regarding our home and his prompt responses to emails and queries. This is something we found other new build developments really lacked. The avant team (particularly Tracy and Neil) have been great when dealing with any snagging and have been fab at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Everything about our experience with Hackett Grange and Keiran has been outstanding. My husband and I are buying a home here and the professionalism, support and kindness of the team has been exceptional. As first time buyers, the prospect of buying a house was incredibly daunting but we were immediately put at ease and any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. Keiran really knows his stuff and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers he works with. I would definitely recommend this development!

Went to earls park estate today to look around the show home. Louise and leah the 2 ladies there were an absolute delight, friendly, chatty and gave us some much information. Gave us lots of options and lots of information to take home also. They couldn't do enough for us. We gained more information from louise then any of the other new build developments we've been and trust me we've been to a few. Thankyou ladies for being so nice.

The whole team was very helpful, answered all my questions and quick to respond to emails. They made my journey towards getting a new home very stress free.

Katie, Andy and the team at Altofts Acres have been incredible during our first time buying process! They made the process easy, quick and as least stressful as they could make it! Katie and Andy were also always so kind and welcoming!

I would not recommend Avant homes to anyone at all as the quality of the houses are substandard and after completing on my property and having assurances made by the customer care dept to do work, they do not do the work but try and fob you off with repairs to brand new products.
And the customer care dept should be renamed, We do not care dept
As they do not care you have spent a considerable amount of money buying your new home that by the way should have been completed 2 months before I actuality completed
So stay well away from Avant homes is my advice.
I would give zero stars if I could and also wish I had never come across Avant homes let alone buy one of their houses !

Andy Jones at the Tranent site always does 5 star work no matter how small the job and is always happy to help with any other issues. On top of that he has great chat, always a delight to see him 😀

Your customer service was great

Don’t believe the other reviews. Avant Homes are a cowboy outfit. Since we purchased our home in 2021 (Hawfinch Place) we have made several improvements to our home and have utilised the services of a local odd-job tradesmen to implement them. He has frequently been left speechless at the ineptitude and stupidity of the original builders. They will leave no corner uncut.
The coup-de-grace was when we arranged to have solar panels installed. The installer notices a hole in the roof (which allowed birds to access our attic in the spring) and more seriously that many of the roof tiles were damaged with hairline fractures, as if the whole batch of tiles was faulty. Avant Homes response to this: “unfortunately we do not cover broken tiles under our warranty…..this will be down to homeowners maintenance”

Andy Jones is Great! Super helpful, friendly, and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he goes out his way to make sure everything is sorted. Many thanks!

Drew was very helpful from the Greenlock Place, Leeds. She explained everything to us and had patience with all our questions.
The only disappointment I had was since last year I have been enquiring about The Dalton and was reassured I was put on a list to be notified asap when The Dalton was released but that never happened. Thankfully we have been randomly checking your website and saw that The Dalton was released. Otherwise we most likely would have missed the opportunity to purchase the property. This service could be improved.

Andy has attended our property a few times to resolve our snagging issues. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he is polite, professional and takes pride in his workmanship. He is a real credit to the Avant Customer Care team.

We were guided around three different styles of house - at The Avenue development in Middlesbrough - by the well informed and very helpful Rihanna. She gave us a lot to think about. Much appreciated too

I recently purchased a property at Avant Homes Hackett Grange development. After visiting most (if not, all) other new build developments in Nottingham, this development not only met my criteria but the customer service I received from Keiran was second to none all throughout!

Keiran is very passionate about his role and genuinely cares about you, your home, your requirements and will do everything he can to make the process of buying a new home as smooth-sailing as possible - this was particularly important for me as a first time buyer. Keiran is kind, honest, approachable and knowledgeable with significant experience - which are exactly the qualities you want in a sales advisor when making such a big investment. Keiran's communication is clear and prompt, with regular weekly updates on build progress.

I would also like to mention Laura Davies and Zehra the sales manager who were also incredible throughout and worked to ensure we were able to overcome any hurdles.

The site team work efficiently and in my experiences, to a very good standard. The aftercare so far has been great too. Tracy is very efficient at organising visits to view and organise repairs of any snags.

I would highly recommend considering this development and Keiran as your sales advisor for a positive experience - I recommended a friend who purchased a property have also had a similar experience to myself. Thank you to all at Hackett Grange.
