There was no actual help with my request. A ticket was made which I could do on my own and my problem wasnt addressed at all

Kevin W was great! I was having trouble cancelling a wait-list order and they were about to escalate it and figure out how I could login to cancel it in such a short time. Extremely happy with the speed and quality of customer service provided.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Unable to transfer tickets through the mobile app or the desk top app. Was told someone would reach out to me through email to resolve the issue the day of the event, which never happened. The customer service rep hung up on me without resolving the issue and told me to call back later. I had already been on hold or on with a rep for over 2 hours, Their technical “glitches” are frequent and I wouldn’t trust their app or website.

The agent was hugely helpful and patient with me, a senior citizen. I couldn’t access my tickets and he walked me through the process perfectly. Thanks!!

Solved my issue is a very speedy and efficient matter!

I want to start off by saying that the customer service I received was fantastic. It was quick efficient and the results was as I expected however part of the process for me to deal with my bank to get the pending transaction removed. There was a polite demeanor by the representative and I was assisted effectively. I have no issues with the customer service, however I do have issues with my overall experience as you will see when you read on.

To be completely honest my first experience with AXS has been anything but desirable. All the tickets for the show I wanted to go to or bought during presale and when it opened up to the General Public it was nothing but price gouge resale tickets. I continuously had error messages when I was trying to complete a purchase. Now whether it was user air or the tickets were being bought by someone else at the same time and I was having to choose another one it still happened multiple times and every time I would have to go back through that resale cost had gone up yet again until I was finally over budget and priced out.

I know next time to properly register for a presale as I was in line but did not have a code. To be honest I am not looking forward to utilizing AXS based off this first experience however you are the only ticket retailer for the Red Rock Amphitheater which is my desired location.

Sherrell was able to solve my problem in less than five minutes. I was on live chat multiple times yesterday (over five hours) and did not get it solved. Thank you Sherrell! My event is TONIGHT!

Kyle B was horrible and didn't help me twice. This guy right here saved the day.

Didn't answer my question, stealing money from fans who are reselling by capping the resale price but upcharging when actually listing the tickets

Oh this app is terrible and the customer service makes you do a really convoluted process just to log into the app itself which is tedious, difficult, and often doesn't work. The customer service reps also cut you off and tell you to call the number, but then the number says to use the live chat. Bad, bad, bad! I wish I never had to use this service!!!

I had to transfer my account to a new email and the support was fantastic. Super thorough & clear. Solved pretty quickly and securly as well. Very happy with Stacy & their help :)

Incredibly rude and dismissive. Did not understand the question. Ended the conversation out of nowhere and then asked for feedback. A bot would have been more helpful!
