I purchased tickets for Teddy Swims - the presale code was sent and I was in business!! (or so I thought)
Once the tickets were purchased and sent to my account, I realized they were for the wrong date and wrong venue.
I immediately contacted AXS Customer Service and explained the situation, my money will be refunded!! (I will be anxiously waiting for the funds to return to my card)
BEWARE!!!!! Make sure you are purchasing tickets at the correct location and for the correct date!!!

Helped efficiently with a ticket date exchange when I had made an error. All sorted and now my wife won't chew my ear off

I was pulling my hair out because my account was linked to an old phone number, and I could not figure out how to work around it. So I decided to try a live chat and got Nestor. He was fantastic. So helpful and reassured me right away that he could help me and he did! Happy camper now 🙂👍🏼

What made the experience great was LUIS who was professional, patient, an actual human, and a music lover! Plus he was super reassuring that he could help me out because I was kind of panicked after being billed for tickets which were sent to a no longer functional email address. Give this man a raise! Seriously in an era of bots, his kindness and ability to fix the situation was extremely refreshing. 10 stars out of 5

I had to exchange tickets I bought for the wrong day. Cory E helped me place the request for exchange on Sunday, Monday I had an email that it was approved and Stacy helped me finalize the change. So easy and fast. Great experience.

There was a very short hold time & when Walter C. (AXS Customer Service Rep) picked up my call, he identified the problem quickly. He then gave me clear instructions on the way to fix the issue, waited patiently while I did my part, verified my identity and sent my tickets to the AXS app.

Stacy helped me to resolve my question. It took awhile, but we got it done. Thanks Stacy
