I have been to other sonographers in the past and this was my first visit to BabyScanUK (Crosshands). Definitely my preferred experience!! Really warm and welcoming, without the clinical edge that you sometimes feel at other centres. The sonographer was really professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the outcome of our scan wasn’t the news we had hoped for. However, the compassion, kindness and professionalism shown to us throughout was truly incredible.

I would highly recommend BabyScan. They are such wonderful, caring people who made a very difficult experience that little bit easier. ❤️

Fantastic experience. The young lady was amazing and made the whole experience so relaxing and comfortable. Definitely recommend having a scan here.

The staff were really friendly, spend loads of extra time trying to get a good photo for us because our baby girl is stubborn, sadly she wasn’t having any of it but the lady’s were kind enough to invite us back for free, MUCH better than window to the womb, never felt rushed or like a number, very attentive and just amazing, would 100 percent recommend this place

I thoroughly enjoyed my scan the women there were lovely I got 4 pictures and a video but I do believe that it’s a bit pricey for what it is I personally believe it should only be £40-50 not £70.

Very polite and puts you at ease straight away they more than happy to answer any questions you have can’t wait to book for my gender reveal

We had an amazing experience during our 4d baby scan at the Cross Hands branch. The staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we had arrived. Seeing our baby move and smile was an unforgettable moment for me and my partner. We got some beautiful photos to keep and would definitely recommend this experience for any expecting parents.

I have been to 4 scans in total and none of them felt as special as this one. I felt like it was very personal to me and my baby and it was such a calming room and atmosphere. My sonographer knew exactly what she was doing and what she was looking for.
Very grateful for the scan as it will be my last one until i meet my baby girl so will be a very special memory for me. Thank you so much!

Had our 4D scan yesterday and took our 2 children with us. It was amazing the staff are great and the lady doing the scan was so interactive with the girls they haven’t stopped talking about it and are know more than excited to meet there baby sister. Thank you.

Me and my partner had lovely experience and seeing our baby boy on screen. The girls there are soo lovely and smiley.

Only negative i have is you pay alot of money for prints or usb stick of them and they dont come out as you see on screen. Bit disapointed

First time having an ultrasound at baby scan UK.
Wanted to get gender reassurance as we had an early scan at 16 weeks however 20 week anatomy couldn’t confirm the gender.
I arrived early and they were very accommodating allowing me to go in earlier as they had a spot available.
The sonographer was so lovely and very gentle. Reasurred me around my anterior placenta and not to worry about not feeling much movement yet.
Had a sneak preview in 4D and will be returning in 4 weeks for my officially 4D scan.

I've been to babyscan uk numerous times before in my previous pregnancy! I've returned here again as I'm always made to feel so welcome and comfortable. All my questions were answered with the reassurance that I needed for my early scan! We will return here for future scans until our baby is born!

Went absolutely above and beyond for me finding out my baby’s gender! baby was being stubborn tricked us thinking he’s a girl they had me back and hour and half later we 100% confirmed his gender! The team was absolutely amazing with me babys dad and babys aunties!

Staff extremely helpful and patient. Our technician was amazing. Couldn’t recommend the place more.

Very disappointed was promised 25 minutes and only had 4. Photos were horrendous didn’t even get a clear image. Money not well spent very very disappointed
