Friendly atmosphere, lovely staff - overall a great gender scan experience

Brilliant experience and this was our 2nd time here.. staff are wonderful and well natured.

We visited the Nelson store for a 4D scan. We were made to feel welcome and really comfortable. The team went above and beyond to give us the best view possible, offering us time to move around, to see if the baby would move and a return trip if we wanted to as the baby didn’t show their whole face which we really appreciated.

The girls was amazing, was a trainee there to and she couldn’t of been better at it, lovely conversations, explained everything so so well, made you feel at home, they don’t rush anything and give you and baby time to position yourself best experience I’ve had for my first one I definitely will be recommending !!!!xx

They took their time with everything, they answered any questions we had and they were super friendly! Amazing ladies, great scan. Didn't feel rushed at all had a good look at baby! Talked through everything. Lady who done scan was very friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who is pregnant. And I'll be returning for my gender scan 10000%

Amazing, went for gender scan after 20week scan couldn't confirm. Great and welcoming staff and so nice to get confirmation and a friendly environment to enjoy seeing your baby.

So grateful for the amazing service from all ladies there. They made us feel so welcome from arrival and gave us the most perfect and relaxed scan. Highly recommend!

Amazing service from the Nelson clinic every visit. Due to a difficult pregnancy we have been a lot throughout to get as many moments with our baby while we can. Thankfully against all odds our pregnancy is doing well and baby is thriving. Every time they have been professional but also very caring and considerate. We didn't know how long we would have with our baby so they made sure to give us a very personal experience every single time. We will be forever thankful to you for letting us experience our baby girl whatever the outcome of our journey was going to be. Prices are very fare for the experience and attentive staff you receive . Fair to say we will be recommending to every pregnant person we know. You have been the difference to our high risk very clinical pregnancy and us actually bonding with our baby and feeling like we know her already. A million thank you's to every staff member and hopefully this won't be the last visit in this pregnancy.

Great experience. They take any/all concerns into account and are really reassuring. With the early scan I got lots of pictures and a little goodie bag which was unexpected. You also get a discount on any future scans. I highly recommend.
