Very disappointed was promised 25 minutes and only had 4. Photos were horrendous didn’t even get a clear image. Money not well spent very very disappointed

It was a brilliant experience the staff were really kind and welcoming, the sonographer thoroughly explained everything to me.
Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience

Booked an early scan, Was a lovely experience, the women were lovely and welcoming and had a lovely gift after the scan. Explained everything throughout the scan, definitely recommend.

It was a warm professional setting with really clean environment. Employees looked really happy to be there so it was radiantly pleasing to see- also helped to get me really comfortable. The gift which was given was also an extra thoughtful touch to the already lovely service provided.

Kaitlin the sonographer was so lovely and genuine. Talked through what she could see and managed to get the best pictures. Made us feel comfortable and reassured.

The person doing my scan was lovely. Unfortunately my baby girl was too snuggled up to get a good picture however, the staff member was very patient and kind. We tried everything to get baby to move, I went for food and came back, did some yoga and played music but she was too content snuggling with her hands up over her face. The staff member explained everything well as to what we were seeing.

As we weren't able to get a clear image, we were offered to return at another date to try again!

Thank you! We attended for an early pregnancy scan at 10 weeks and the scanner checked the babies heart beat, measurements and could see the baby moving around which was lovely.
Staff were really friendly and I’m sure we’ll be back for a gender scan and/or 4D scan soon

Lady was lovely wasn’t rushed had plenty of time in the room looking at the big screen. Lady explained and answered all my questions had lots of pictures to take home and even sent me a video on whatsapp which was really nice to keep. Definitely recommend best first time experience.

Had my gender scan today, from the moment i walked into BabyScanUK to the moment i left i felt so welcomed and at ease. The girls are so sweet and smiley. My baby did not want to show us the gender but the girls kept persevering to get a glimpse. Myself and my partner didn’t want to find out the gender in the room, we chose to have 3 cannons. We had an envelope with babies gender in there given to us & 6 beautiful pictures of our baby, we heard the heartbeat too🥰 such a beautiful experience and will definitely be back ❤️

Sam was wonderful, and had a lot of time and patience. Our baby was moving a lot which made it difficult to read the gender for a while but Sam ensured we could know before we left. The other girls were lovely too, so helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend!

Warm welcome into the clean and tidy studio. It was so refreshing to have plenty of time, it was clean and relaxing and comfortable, came away feeling positive and reassured, have never been for a private scan before but would recommend after this positive experience.

My first pregnancy in the UK and therefore first scan. Lovely team. Took time to explain everything. Lovely waiting room and examination room. Going back in 4 weeks for gender scan. Oh and so affordable not forgetting the Lovely gift at the end.

Lovely experience. Received the scan free with a recent pram purchase. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was so friendly and helpful, took her time and made sure we got to see good pictures of our baby

We had a lovely lady called Sophie and she was amazing. She was super patient with us and our non-compliant baby girl who was camera shy. We were offered a free return session to have a second chance to see our girlie.

I've had about 6 scans with cwmbran baby scan place, I must say they are generally lovely girls, made me feel so at ease from the 1st early scan to gender, 3d,4d scans, they take there time they show you so much and generally worth everything. I can't thank them enough through this pregnacy tbh, I'll go bk to show them little miss when she's born in next couple of wks, thank u so much
