Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service…
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from this company. Very sorry i bought furniture from this company & will be sure never thought buy anything from them again. Waited nearly 6 & ahalf weeks for the furniture to arrive from order date with no feedback whatsoever to let me know apart from one phone call from a snotty lady to let me know finally know a delivery date. Think your staff need to retrained in customer service!! Then the furniture arrived no phone call to say the delivery man was on his way. No help bringing the furniture in. The drivers apparently aren’t insured to bring in the furniture which i find ridiculous as they are more than likely going to be delivering to a pregnant lady. The finish of the hollie cotbed was awful. The wardrobe well multiple problems with that & it didn’t go together properly looks terrible. Over a month possibly 6 weeks later STILL waiting for a replacement wardrobe. The shop i made the other have very kindly ordered me a new wardrobe out of their pocket as the issue has still not been resolved. Wouldn’t buy a single thing from this company again. Will take my business elsewhere somewhere i know 100% i will get what i pay for

Warranty repairs are an absolute joke
Purchased an Egg Stroller on 25/11/2016 for £699.00 from Mothercare.
July last year the seat would not lock securely into position, the smallest of jolts would cause the seat to swing back into a horizontal position. I reported this to Mothercare who were happy to repair it (via babystyle) as it was within the warranty period. I collected the stroller from mothercare after babystyle had repaired it, to find the fault had not been fixed. I returned the stroller once again and the second repair by babystyle seemed to have stopped the problem but the clip at the top of the seat that operates the recliner seemed much stiffer. After further inspected, I had noticed they had bent the frame causing further problems with the stroller. The recliner is broken again and no longer reclines. The stroller hardly gets used and I'm not at all heavy handed with it. I am absolutely devastated by the service received. The stroller is no longer being used as it isnt safe for my son.
