Everything was perfect from communication to delivery - could not fault them!

Product delivered in a timely manner. Functions as required. The delivery man was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Ensured equipment was set to my needs and I was clear on how to use before leaving premises. Very nice person.

We’ve had a backfriend for some years, but we have been fighting over it too much lately, so we decided to buy another.
Really good for dodgy backs and aching shoulders. It also makes it easier to get out of the sofa!

Throughout the entire process, I was consistently kept informed and updated, which gave me great confidence in the service. Keith was exceptional — he was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood each step of the assessment. His expertise was evident, and he approached everything with patience and genuine care.

The whole process was quick, smooth, and very well organised. I truly appreciate how efficiently everything was handled and how promptly I received the support I needed. Thank you for providing such a positive experience and for ensuring the assessment resulted in the right outcome for me.

Excellent service.
The technician took his time to listen to my complex health conditions, and learn how the affect me in work. He looked at how I sat and considered how the current chair could be improved as a temporary fix, and then he looked at what we could do to improve things further long term. He explained why I should not be pushing down on the handles when I stand up and how it is a hazard - how chairs are not built to withstand that kind of pressure etc - I am grateful to him for his advice.
I am really happy with the service I recieved.

Helpful friendly and professional service

From day 1 this company was simply brilliant. I requested a more specific time for delivery and they replied promptly with a positive response. On the morning of delivery my chair was brought into my home carefully and I was told how to use the chair. Very quick and efficient and such a friendly employee! Thank you for your genuine care!

Had problems with making the payment needed as post code wasn’t recognised on thier system. Both emails & telephone calls were dealt with in a timely fashion. Quick delivery, well packaged & a good quality product. I would recommend this company & would use for future purchases.

I have nothing but praise, I was updated about delivery in a clear way I understood and what would happen on delivery day.

Delivery day the chap was lovely and polit and cleaned up afterwards too. They answered all my questions on the desk and make it super easy to understand which was great.

Since getting the desk set up and the product itself has been great and already seeing the benefits of it and it’s a great quality product as well.

The privacy screens works well and provides privacy when on the move or indeed in the office. It also acts as an anti glare shield which is also useful.
I’ve dropped a star because the magnetic hold does not work when the laptop is closed and you have to reapply the screen on each use

The chair that I have now, is so much better. so comfortable and supportive.
The whole process from the original assessment to the installation of my chair has been so smooth and efficient. Both technicians I have dealt with were professional, friendly and listened to what I needed. Totally recommend.

I got a new chair and desk from Back Care solutions. Their communication was excellent keeping me updated on my order. Their representative Ian, who set up my chair and desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through all the functions of the chair and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Overall, a very positive experience

The chair was delivered as arranged & the technician that delivered the chair was most helpful. He took the time to explain exactly how the chair worked and set it all up for me in my office.

My equipment was purchased through Access to Work and the whole process was simple and slick with great communication and a wonderful delivery and set up service with wonderfully helpful and polite technician. The equipment ( Sit/stand electric desk and a wonderful ergonomic chair with built in lumbar support and heat packs) has had such a positive impact on my working day. I am finally sitting in a comfortable chair that fits me (I'm very short!) and having the lumbar support and heat helps to alleviate my back pain from failed back surgery really makes a difference.
