I love my BackJoy Trigger Point…
I love my BackJoy Trigger Point Massager, but I was tired of having friends and family members borrow it. So I ordered a few as gifts. Ordering directly from the company was easy and shipping was fast and free. I will definitely try their other products.

Doesn't perform as advertised
Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.

Not the best experience, but customer service saved face.
I was excited to order my product. Nothing said it was out of stock. But days went by and it never even said it was processing. It just said order received. I emailed to get an update with no response. I found a number and called. The customer service representative looked into it and couldn't find an update. He put me on hold and came back to say they were going to process a refund. Which they did. So that part was appreciated. But letting me order it when it must have been out of stock was frustrating. Then not being able to get an update was frustrating. Only good thing about the experience was the customer service representative that I got on the phone. So I give an average of 3 stars.

Best Massage
The BackJoy is the greatest apparatus for massage in areas you can’t reach like no other like it. One of the reasons is one end of the BackJoy isn’t round and has a flatter end. It can really get to areas where the round end is too aggressive.

I dislike the center hump at the front as it is quite uncomfortable. I actually wanted to return this for a different one but I am giving this one a chance and am starting to get used to it.

The Backjoy arriThe Backjoy arrived and I took a look at it and wondered if it would really work. I watched a YouTube video to make sure I was using it correctly. I was very happy with the results.
I wish there was a little more information on the website to insure you were purchasing the unit that is best for you. Better descriptions would be good.
