Order submitted 3rd December. Auto response went out 15th December saying orders delayed until after Christmas due to black Friday with the offer of a £10 voucher
No updates since and no responses to the customer service email or £10 voucher (not that I would want to spend another penny with them). Still no goods 6 weeks later and over £100 down. Poorly managed business and they need to invest in their customer service! You can't leave customers without any updates.
Took over a month to dispatch an early ordered Christmas present!
Avoid this company if you want items delivered within a reasonable time frame, it’s taken over a month for Bad Monday to dispatch my item, I ordered on 5th dec for a Christmas present! I asked my bank to return the payment a few days ago as all that I was getting in customer service was a Ai response and somehow today it’s been dispatched.. what a joke!

No customer service
Received the wrong t-shirt, sent emails but got no response. Previous order had different print on the t-shirt from what I order. Completely non-existent customer service. Will not order again.
Only order if you want to lose your money
I have ordered a few items for Christmas on December first. When 3 weeks later I had not received an email about a shipment or a tracking code, I sent Bad Monday an email. They stated that they were very busy (which they could have anticipated with the amount of ads they have) and that I would receive my order after Christmas. I could choose to still receive the order or to get my money back. I wish now I chose the last option. They mentioned in their email on 19/12 that they would send out my order the following week. Up until today I have no clue what is happening to my order. I emailed them again a week ago and I haven’t received an answer. I did however receive a £10 gift card that I will never use. People, please don’t be stupid like me and read reviews before you order at a webshop you’ve never ordered at before. For all I know I have lost €130 to absolutely nothing (besides that I keep telling my fiancé that his Christmas should be coming really soon, for real). The lack of customer service here is terrible.

Giving a 1 star rating is generous, if I could award 0 stars I would. This place is a joke! I’m still awaiting an order I placed a month ago, email sent asking for a refund and I’m still waiting.

I never get holes in my T-shirts, but I own 5 Bad Monday T-shirts and every single one has multiple holes. Absolotely shocking quality

At this point i gave up, customer service doesn't even bother to answer individually, if you complain, you'll get a general e-mail.

Unable to deliver on the basics of e-commerce .. they’ve invested in the social media promotion but less the customer services
Took my money on 2nd dec. Item not yet ready for dispatch. All sorts of requirements like contact them again and asking to various things to appease me for there problems. I’ve been as accepting as I can be. But I’m not a repeat customer because of this. And I would have been as the items look cool. But this sucks.. they got my money and taken a fair bit of my time chasing the items. No update on how long I need to wait .. it’s really sht.
Crap customer service, absolute scam
I ordered a present on December 5th for a birthday 23rd December. It's yet to be shipped or any update its December 27th. I've sent multiple messages and emails and all have been ignored. I can't cancel my order or anything. They have my money and I have no product!

Don't bother
Complete waste of time.
Ordered an item marked as in stock and a "best seller" at the start of December. I was fine with a slight delay and was aware that postage may take up to 5 days. However, my order still did not arrive after 15+ days. Emails went ignored until I received one, likely "send to all" email that said I wasn't going to receive in time for Christmas. At this point I requested a refund.
Shame as the designs are great. I'm assuming orders are taken and likely pinged to somewhere nice and cheap to produce, hence massive delays.

i have quite a lot of clothing from this brand and i’ve always liked them but unfortunately due to current way they’re are treating their customers i will never purchase from them again
i ordered on 30th november stated 3-5 business days for dispatch that came and went so i emailed them, they said sorry we’ve got a back log from the sale will be 10 working days, again that came and went, emailed AGAIN to be told its 14 day turn around now. I then emailed asking if it would be here before christmas as it was a present, they said it was due ti be dispatched that week and it would be here before christmas
so imagine how i felt when i go onto their instagram to see they put a story up to say actually sorry nothing will be shipped in time for christmas now, either have a refund or wait for the items or you can get e gift cards, the people that run their social media are very conferencing the actually said ‘you can wait for your items or cancel, up to you :) 🖤’
so yeah, don’t bother with them there are other copy and paste clothing company is exactly like them out there which probably treat customers better.

I, like so many others who have left reviews think this outfit are rubbish. Their customer service is non existent I have sent two emails and had no response. I ordered at the beginning of December and it is now the 19th with little or no chance of receiving the goods before Xmas. Maybe the clue is in the name BAD!!!
Poor Quality, Print & Customer Service
This is the 3rd lot of t-shirts I have bought from Bad Monday but unfortunately the quality of the T-shirt & print have gone down hill they now feel thin, cheap & nasty compared to all my other, the print quality isn’t even the same as my last ones

Ordered goods that should have been here two weeks ago. No response to communication by email and they dont provide a telephone number. Referred to their local trading standards so they are aware of what is happening. Behaving like an "unstable" company so definitely best avoided.
