I've ordered shirts from loads of places in larger sizes cause I'm tall and like shirts to feel longer, everywhere I buy from they're just incredibly wide and not long enough at all, BadMonday clothes fit perfectly how I want, plus their designs are 10/10, after ordering one shirt I ordered 4 more just to be sure and they all fit exactly how I want, long and not wide! If you're tall or like longer fit then definitely order

Quality of t-shirts has gone downhill massively, spent more than £60 on just two t-shirts just for all the print to come off them within like a week. Absolute scam.

For £30 the quality of the TShirts are absolutely terrible.... I wouldn't pay half the cost if I'm being honest. The material is awful and you can tell it'll fade to that awful orange tone within a handful of wear not to mention the print itself is on par with what I'd expect from a cheap Chinese market stall.
Far better quality elsewhere. Order returned. Will not be buying from here again.

Quality designs, but really poor printing.

I love the designs but the printing quality is poor. After as few as 5 washes I could start to see the print peeling and cracking. Now at about 15-20 washes and it's really poor. It's already at the point that I don't want to wear the t-shirt out as it looks cheap and tacky. Real shame.

Prices have gone up quality has gone down. Sizing is all over the place and t shirts don’t have the same quality feel. Always loved Bad Monday clothing but return my recent order as just not happy with the extra cost for less quality

Quality has gone down hill massively over the years. Of course like everything else, their prices have gone up (which is expected) but for some reason their actual print quality has gone down also. Previously you could wash the shirt fine in a washing machine. Now they just come off which leaves you with a shirt ruined.

It’s a shame because their actual designs have gotten a lot better, and looking at the website you’d think they’re fairly priced until you see and feel the print.

Couldn’t be happier with the product and service for my the company! Had multiple deliveries from them and they’ve always been quick to respond if I needed to amend orders or have questions regarding a return. Not sure why people complain about delivery times when they are clearly quoted at point of sale? I think everyone is so used to chain company’s with next day delivery they forget family/friend ran companies don’t have the same sort of power as the mass company’s. Give me a slightly longer wait from an independent quality ran company any day!

Ordered a size small zip hoodie, which ended up actually being about size extra large and swallowed me whole. Got a refund for the cost of the item, but was not covered for the initial shipping or sending the item back.

Parcel was delivered to a neighbour I specifically asked to not deliver to and my parcel was stolen. The shop refuses to take any responsibility or help

Always exceptional service. Currently in conversations with them about my black friday order which Evri have 'lost in transit.' Replies are great, team are being super helpful. Offering me a potential replacement if stocks are still available. Great quality brand, clothing keeps its colour and quality.

Very poor service and customer service. Emailed twice and sent dm with very little response. Placed an order on 8 December and it's still not arrived. Won't be purchasing from here angain and certainly won't be recommending them.

They claim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. My order was shipped 9 working days after it was placed. It is now 22 days later and the item has still not been delivered. Terrible customer service! I have sent them four emails, not one of them has been answered.

Waited 10 days for the delivery, only to discover that the entire order had been substituted for designs I didn't want. Then they expect you to pay for the return postage. One week on and I'm still waiting for a response from customer service. Truly atrocious.

Quality is laughable !
Recently bought a lighter, you can tell they’re trying to be higher end as they give a tin and pouch… except the logo on pounce is peeling off! The lighter itself when you take it out the case is rusting and peeling and the zippo barely fits the bad monday case.

Aha absolutely laughable, I’m just glad I bought a £25 lighter and not X amount on clothes that are as bad quality.

Very very cool designs, but you don't really have women's sizes even though you make it seem so on your website. The XS is still extremely large even for me, and I am a 177 cm tall. If you had smaller sizes, I would buy most of your stuff. The quality is something to improve as well.
Please just make smaller sizes.

Besides the cool t shirts and other things on the website, the quality of the clothes are really bad. Thin material, bad printing or stitching. The price the ask for the clothes are not suitable for the quality they deliver. Here is a example, i bought a shirt came in the same day as my Vans shirt, bought washed about 4 times, im carefull with those type of shirts. But the Badmonday shirt was fading and the Vans is still good at this day. Even i bought multiple shirts there and the are all fading. Tried it many times, but no more for me now. The customer service is great and the pendants, but the clothes... i have a hard opinion about that.

T-shirt seems okay first wash went well.

The £90 jacket however is another story 3 weeks in and the branding is falling off completely such a shame definitely not worth the price.
