The hoodie I ordered was really good quality but it was very short, with it being described as oversized I expected it to be oversized. Had to return.

Brilliant clothing love the designs. Very quick delivery very happy :D

The quality of clothing is good but when you pay for 2-3 day delivery and it takes over a week , it's a bit disappointing. It's happened 3 times now.

Excellent quality clothing and first class customer service.

There was a mix up with a t-shirt and they's guys just sorted it with no fuss.

Iv been ordering stuff from these guys for a while and normally top notch stuff and still is .. every order I do is over £100, but if you are in a rush to get your order go somewhere else because where it says 2-3 days your looking at more like a week. I wouldn't care normally but needed these last bits for a holiday and they haven't came.

Ive been ordering from Bad Monday for years and never had an issue. They have been my favourite clothing brand by far.

I remember when it was a small range of items and to see how much its grown as a business is great and well deserved in my opinion.

I think the designs are great and the quality of the clothes has always been spot on.

I know its mainly tattoo themed but I would love to see some sort of biker style theme to some clothing soon, think it would be cool! 😉👌

Overall my experience has been nothing but positive and will continue to buy from Bad Monday for the foreseeable.......or rather until my wallet and wardrobe space allows for me to!!!

Gone down hill, use to be good but now prints are poor quality and fade after a few washes and the sizes, wow, the fit is now terrible, sad as the designs are fantastic. Now I have to return at my own expense, booooo!

Bought a hat, great fit and quality and arrived in two days.

I love this brand! I ordered from them on multiple occasions now. I’ve bought some heavy cotton t-shirts, shorts, slippers and a hoodie and i love the fit and quality on all of the products. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews on the shipping here. All my packages arrived within a couple of days (from UK to the Netherlands). Never had a delay or anything. I did miss a promotion on a free shirt once. So I mailed support that i forgot about the promotion and they replied within a day and included the free shirt in my order. So for me the experience so for is very positive, keep it up! And love from holland!

Every time I tried to contact customer support it was a minimum 1 week wait time to get a response. My order never arrived at its destination and after asking for a refund instead of being reshipped they seemed to think I didn’t exist anymore. It’s been nearly 3 months since I placed my order and I’ve yet to receive a refund, a parcel or barely any communication. I will never be ordering from here again and highly suggest you do the same.

I recieved an email the day after my order stating it had been shipped. The delivery company hasn't received my parcel and it has been over a week. I've sent an email enquiring about the issue and haven't had a response.

My experience was that yes postage delays but they kept me updated throughout and didn't need to follow up, once the stuff came the quality was amazing.

Check sizes and refund policy

I bought 2 death moth hoodies and 1 of those came imperfect, the right sleeve is longer than the left more than 2" (5cm) and I sent a text to ask them the next step to get a good product but they ignored my case. I spend $166 on imperfect cloth? Really BAD service and poor quality. Do not waste your money and your time on this store.

Ordered leggings and joggers. Both arrived quickly. Really awesome designs that I haven't seen similar on any other tattoo culture clothing websites. The joggers were too big but the returns form included made it super easy to request an exchange. Can't wait til they arrive. Only improvement would be to offer free returns... I can guarantee I would order more stuff if I had the reassurance that it would cost extra if I did need to return. Overall... good.

Die Designs sagen mir alle sehr zu, darum soll es hier aber nicht gehen. Stattdessen geht es um

Die Qualität der Produkte ist sehr gut. Man bekommt da nicht einfach bedruckte Drei-Euro-Shirts, sondern wirklich hochwertige Ware. Ich war bisher immer angenehm überrascht von der Qualität, alle Produkte, die ich bestellt habe, sind wirklich hochwertig und mindestens auf Zara-Niveau.

Die Bestellung verläuft unkompliziert. Alle gängigen Zahlungsweisen sind vorhanden und wenn man öfter bestellt, bekommt man auch mal einen Rabattcode.

Die Lieferung erfolgt normalerweise sehr zügig, fraglich ist, wie das nach dem Brexit weitergehen wird. Bisher habe ich, wenn ich etwa am Sonntag bestelle, die Produkte am Freitag oder Samstag bei mir zuhause (Wohne in Bayern). Über Weihnachten hatte ich den Hoodie bestellt, der hat zwei Wochen gedauert - verständlich. Man bekommt Updates per Mail und kann die Lieferung auf einer Trackingseite verfolgen („Package departed Bad Monday“, „package arrived at customs“, „package arrived at delivery partner“).

Den Support habe ich bisher einmal angeschrieben, ich habe mich erkundigt, ob ein T-shirt, das ich gerne gehabt hätte, noch verfügbar ist. Die Antwort kam innerhalb eines Tages und war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Die Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt, ein T-Shirt kostet 10 bis 30 Euro, ein Sweatshirt 30 bis 40 Euro, Pullover 50 bis 70 Euro, die Jacken kosten um die 100 Euro. Das sind meiner Meinung nach normale Preise für die entsprechenden Kleidungsstücke. Wenn man die Qualität mit einbezieht, dann ist der Preis wirklich gut. Die Drucke sind hochwertig, der Stoff fühlt sich angenehm an, die Verarbeitung ist super, es wird mit Stickereien und nicht bloß mit Drucken gearbeitet.

Insgesamt bin ich also sehr zufrieden und kann Bad Monday nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bin wirklich froh, eine bezahlbare, schicke und auch hochwertige Marke gefunden zu haben. Und ich möchte dazu erwähnen: ich gehöre nicht zum üblichen Bad-Monday-Kundenkreis, bin nicht tätowiert, bin nicht so schrill - aber es gibt eben auch dezentere Produkte, Produkte auch für „normale“ Leute.

Didn’t receive my order from weeks ago and I think it’s a scam as they refuse to give me a refund.

Last year I had ordered a set of leggings and sports bra. The fabric is too see through, so poor quality. Basically I cannot wear it anywhere except my home. Fail. A pity because the designs are nice
