Awful company, my parcel never arrived and they have basically scammed me at this point. They have no responded to three tickets i lodged.

Really wish I had checked reviews before ordering
Ordered on 3/12 and advised dispatch was 3 to 5 working days and would get an email when its on its way. Hadnt heard anything so emailed yesterday to find out what was happening, to be told they cannot cope with the amount of orders received and so basically I won't receive my item until January. Not acceptable when its meant as a christmas present for them to then offer a £10 gift card if i just wait for the order to arrive, or get a full refund on to a gift card with an extra £10! I dont think so!! Since I responded not accepting their offer and requesting a full refund back to my card, they stop replying! And then I checked trustpilot and saw all the bad reviews! So im now going through my bank to get my money back, and would advise everyone considering using this company to not!!! It seems that when people are lucky enough to recieve their items the quality is very poor anyway.

Really pains me to write this as Bad Monday used to be my favourite brand and I have supported the business for years with countless number of orders and a lot of my clothes are from there but this is the last time I will ever order from them.
Their customer service team is none existent and when you do finally get a response from them they are nothing but rude and unhelpful.
I ordered on 28th November, it is now 15th December and the order has still not arrived. I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response.
I then went on to their Instagram (where they are still advertising products after not shipping orders from over 2 weeks ago) and commented on their post as well as messaging them as a final resort. Funnily enough after commenting on their socials I received a response straight away (after my comments being deleted) claiming they’ve had a huge influx in orders due to the Black Friday sale and how they ‘don’t appreciate me leaving comments on their social media’
I don’t appreciate ordering something 2 weeks ago and having no communication from the business and having to comment on social media to get a response.
I then asked them to refund my order as I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks and they said they would ask customer service, however I’ve now received a dispatch email 17 days after ordering when I have specifically requested a refund.
I’m honestly not one to complain but please avoid this company completely or until they sort out their customer service and backlog of orders.

Im considering to ask a bank for a refund after having issues with my order and now reading all the other reviews.
Im a first time customer and was very excited for this order. However...
I ordered this worth £90 and also paid the postage.... 5 days later I didnt get any update on my order. I emailed the company and received a copy/paste ( email was not directed to me personally ) reply saying that theyre busy and orders can take up to 9 days to be shipped and if on day 10 theres still no update to get back to them. So today it has been 10 days.. I emailed again hoping for a response back to me as an individual addressing the issue I have emailed about but instead its another copy/paste email with a long sob story how busy they are and how much orders they have received in one week... nothing that concerns me as a customer to be truthful. And now saying if it has been 10 days to wait longer than that because theyre small team and very busy.
On their social media however they seem to have a lot of time to film, edit and post the videos...
Im very sad I had high hopes.. I was feeling positive supporting a small business and the stuff they sell looks very nice, but unfortunately If after first 5 days I felt sympathetic now Im just annoyed because this truly comes across as a scam. Minimum respect to receive a personalised email from customer service addressing the issue would be highly appreciated instead of receiving some careless copy paste emails that shows theres non existing customer support...
I’m seeing a lot of 1 star reviews…
I’m seeing a lot of 1 star reviews slating the customer service and I can only assume these people are having extremely bad luck.. I ordered a t-shirt in hopes of having it in time for a gig but received no dispatch confirmation after 4 days (baring in mind their website very clearly stated orders would take 3-5 business days (7-9 during peak sales), so I contacted their customers service email and received a response the following day informing me their warehouse was getting my order upgraded to next day so that I would have it in time for the gig.
If that’s not considered going above by their customer service, then I’m not sure anything will. The lady who helped me was named Deb and I really appreciate what her and the rest of the team at Bad Monday did for me.
Black Friday can go crazy for online retailers so I think perhaps people just need a little patience.

I Ordered a hoodie from this so called company on the 21st November and still no sign of it or despatch details and im now thinking ive been scammed ive sent them several emails asking for an update as to when this is going to arrive but nothing no reply or anything disgusting customer service AVOID this company at all cost folks as im not holding my breath that im going to see my goods im going to try and get my money back through paypal i will not be purchasing from these again is disgusting how they are advertising all the time on social medias stay away people.
Sad Monday
It’s sad to write this cause this brand occupies a good 30/40% of my wardrobe. But it’s gone to the dogs, minimum postage time is 2 weeks (bear in mind you pay for that too haha) I’m currently waiting on 2 orders one done 4 weeks ago & one done 3 weeks ago along with a return that they still haven’t processed from 3 weeks ago.
Zero customer service.
Very active on all their socials online though but just a lack of care for the customer now.
They cheaped out on all the packaging now, quality of items feel thinner & less durable, used to receive orders in 3-5 days. Prices have continued to climb massively.
Be my last orders now if I ever receive em lol.

Gave it some time for them to reply back to their email which they never replied to so here goes.
Ordered a shirt back in August for a gig I wanted to wear it to. Got the shirt a week and a half after the gig.
Got an email from one of the workers, Jamie, dramatically stating that he wouldn’t leave the unit the business is in until a specific day when all the orders had gone.
Well, Jamie, sure, I would’ve appreciated the same sort of dedication when it came to replying to my email asking for a partial refund. However, the whole order taking forever schtick seems to be a consistent thing with this company.
And to end on a downer, the quality of the shirt, which is clearly a generic top printed elsewhere, wasn’t worth the £30 taken from my hard-earned money.
Never again.
Premium price for cheap badly printed chinese rubbish
Waited 3 weeks for 3 poor quality teeshirts. 1 had terrible blurry print.
Emailed them twice. Emails ignored.
The long wait time is because they are just charging a premium price and waiting for some sweatshop to post them
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I used to love this brand but as the years have gone by the customer service has gotten worse. Considering they’re a small brand you’d think they would actually care to get back to customers/provide good customer service. Also seems to take forever for the orders to arrive which I find bizarre when ordering in the UK from a UK brand. It’s a shame because I used to love this brand - I don’t even think the quality of the clothes is worth the price anymore either.
High cost, poor quality
I ordered some beach shorts on 31st July, they arrived on 14th August. I was very disappointed with the quality; they appeared to be cheap shorts (made in China) with a death head moth printed on them. There's no clothing label other than the "made in China" label. Considering these shorts cost £40 I'm very disappointed and will be returning them.
Not as advertised
I ordered the Haunted Tee that was advertised as vintage black, but I received solid grey tee. The product does not match the images or description at all.
Always positive experiences
I’ve always had positive experiences when purchasing items (and I have bought a lot from them). They make the best tattoo design tshirts on the web. Quality of the tshirts and prints are phenomenal. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I've had nothing but an excellent experience with BM. I had an issue with something which was quickly resolved and they posted something same day for me. The customer service went above and beyond and would happily recommend,. Thank you for great service and even better items. Much love ❤️
Sad Monday
What can I say… the refund took over 3 weeks! When I emailed enquiring where my refund is, I had a reply informing me that the refund was withheld due to 2 pet hairs found. I doubt I would have received the refund if I did not contact them! Sh*t show of a company
Should Be Called AWFUL Monday
Never have I dealt with such a shoddy operation as this lot. Firstly, the item was horrendous. Inaccurate sizing & abysmal quality. Obviously I returned it immediately. They don't supply a returns label so it was at a cost to me (despite how bad it was) No acknowledgment of receipt of the item (thankfully I sent it tracked because I just had a feeling), no contact, no email. Eventually the refund showed up in Paypal via ECHEQUE! So I had to wait over 10 days for the funds to clear, at which point I found that they had withheld part of the refund, presumably due to their "policy" that if they deem it not to be in the same condition they sent it, they can penalise you £10! I put it over my head (well tried to), obviously trying the crap on is deemed unacceptable. I don't even have the patience or energy to contest it at this point. Live & learn... Anyway, do yourself a favour & steer clear of this circus of a company. There are so many better niche clothing brands out there that actually care.
Great customer service
I ordered a top and had an issue with a misprinted graphic. Emailed customer service, and Alice A got back to me quickly and immediately solved the issue with a replacement at no cost to me. I've been buying Bad Monday for a while and this is the first time I've had a problem - impressed with the response! Will be back. Thank you!
Where is my item?
Ordered a shirt at double the price I usually pay but thought "Hey I'll treat myself". It's been 8 days and it's not yet been dispatched. No communication on lack of stock/issues etc. I have emailed them regarding this and am awaiting a response.
