Recently made a purchase with Bambinista and had ordered the wrong item. After contacting them they were extremely helpful in fixing my mistake and geting my items delivered to me with no delay. Would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Maxi cosi bassinet back in march from this company. I am expecting my baby at the end of April. I was so delighted that this small business had the exact colour way bassinet I was looking for and was so excited to receive this item as I done much research living in Florida but also being a British citizen. I love supporting small English businesses but sadly on this occasion I have been put off for life. I have never experienced such awful, un professional customer service in all my life. Not only is was my order delivered 4 weeks late with no offer of any compensation. The order that got delivered to me was NOT what I ordered… It arrive a couple of days ago (just as I am about to give birth) and it is in colour way dark granite grey. I ordered beige, they have said they don’t have beige in stock but they failed to mention this to me in the 3 weeks I was waiting for the item. They knowingly sent me the wrong colour way. There is a massive sticker on the box saying Beyonf Grantie Grey. I have emailed the company back and forth for days now and asked them repeatedly to get it sent back to them and for me to be fully refunded including my expensive shipping costs getting this item to Florida. I have a few days away from birth with no suitable sleeping crib for me baby. They have failed to do so so far. They are now saying they are waiting for a local charity / hospital to collect it without even refunding me my money. I have been forced to contact my credit card company as they haven’t refunded me. They have admitted it was a mistake on their end and the product they have sent it not what I ordered but yet to receive my money back. I am heavily pregnant and as an expecting mother it should be a joy to order and receive your baby’s first items and they have taken that away from me making this unnecessary stressful situation and have cause much upset and inconvenience to me right as I am about to give birth. Absolutely disgraceful company which zero customer service. Do not waste your money on this company. Avoid at all costs! Not worth the hassle and stress. Stay away!!!!

Great shop, they’ve got everything you need for babies and toddlers. A really thoughtful selection of toys and games alongside practical things like prams, bibs and bottles. Will definitely be coming back!
