Superb experience
Great service from Susan from start to finish! I've purchased a beautiful teddy bear for my nephew with international delivery to Spain. To unsurprised, only 3 short days later and the eddy bear arrived in Spain:) highly recommend Bambinista both for great quality and great customer care. Thanks again!

Hi Catherine
Thanks for your review. I see your order arrived a couple of days ago, sorry for the delay, the postal service is a bit overloaded at the mo with national lockdown. Hope your little one enjoys their order! :-)

Amazing service
Susan was amazing! I had ordered the wrong pram adapter and within moments I received and email reassuring me about my purchase, then a follow up call in regards if I wanted to exchange for the adapter I needed.
Thank you once again Bambinista.

Hi
Your order was dispatched less than 24hrs after placed it, and unfortunately was delayed / lost en route. We have experienced a couple of issues with orders to Netherlands as the postal service there is a bit delayed.
We refunded you for your order.
Apologies for the disappointment.
