Ashley has assisted us from the very first step to the last step and beyond. The transition from our previous Merchant to BAMS was smooth with minimal downtime. Customer service was able to assist us with ease for setup. Becoming PCI compliant and navigating through the online portal was also a very easy process. We have saved over $800 dollars within the first full month of the switch. I just love the follow up and explanation of the the bill and what everything means. Thank you BAMS!

Olga surprised me by not only helping with paperwork, but being able to immediately confirm log files and testing the connections were working on 2 new accounts - no need to check with other tech's with access, also explained the useful options to start with to get up and running.
