This is the most unprofessional cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll will have to clean the cleaning staffs mess! The crew was a rag tag bunch of kids. No uniforms no cleaning equipment. Shelving and countertops not wiped down properly, shower walls not wiped down properly and completely, windows streaked and not cleaned properly including tracks as their agent Anika promised, floors not mopped, interior refrigerator and freezer dirty, oven dirty, interior drawers dirty. No supervision, no quality control, a complete disaster for a upscale townhome rental move out cleaning!

We have used Maid Pro for years and they always do a great job. Today Audrey and Aniah filled in for our regular cleaner, but they did a great job, too! And it was their first time here, so we were very pleased.

MaidPro trains their employees with a 50 point checklist. They are required to fill it out and leave it for you. They dust the windowsills, baseboards, and obvious things. They wipe down light switches, clean countertops and sinks. Love our Pro Anastasia ❤️

We paid for a 4.5 hour move-out cleaning, which should be more thorough than a regular touch-up cleaning. We had two cleaners there for 2.5 hours, and they didn't even have to do the appliances (I had done them in advance, and they wouldn't have gotten done in 2.5 hours even though they were included in the cleaning charge). They were in a rush, and I had to ask them to re-vacuum and re-dust items. When we asked for a discount from the company for the poor job, we were told we paid for 2 people for 2.5 hours which to them was the equivalent of 4.5 hours... Unacceptable customer service.

Susie (Customer Service) and I were able to resolve this amicably. I received a partial refund for the services rendered, as promised. I would have much rather preferred full refund or a partial refund and a return to complete what was left undone- but I ended up cleaning myself. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because they did provide a partial refund as agreed upon.

Where do I begin. I experienced 3+ weeks of home renovations and decided to make life easy for myself, I'd pay to have the house deep cleaned. There was dust everywhere and I was worn out thinking about cleaning it. I hadn't slept well in weeks because of the dust and chaos. The crew had to make 2 trips on 2 separate days because the plumber has me the water turned off fir repair. I expressed this to customer service in an attempt to reschedule. She insisted that the crew were already on their way and that they had their own materials to clean. They would return the following day to do the bathroom and kitchen. Day one, I came home to find DUST under every single bed - you could see clearly that a broom nor mop touched those spots. My floors were not mopped, the windows sills still had dust and dirt. Day 2, I had to work so my daughter was at home to let them in. I was called multiple times to tell me all the things they could not do....like clean the shower door because its too high....what?????? There were crumbs left on the sofa...in a rush this morning I saw the crumbs but didn't have time to vacuum...figured theyd be cleaning anyway...THEY DID NOT. Hours later, the crumbs were still there. I paid $492, but I was quoted $392...I was at work when being challenged on the price so I paid without further contest. I left a $30 tip at home with my daughter to give if they did a good job...she paid them. When I got home many of the checkpoints were NOT completed such as cleaning the floors, the kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink (yuck- they did not clean/disinfect sink) and thorough clean of the bathroom. Im dreading having to go to work tomorrow and plan to come home and clean. I am unable to share pictures, but I have receipts for everything I mentioned here. ** I just entered my master bedroom bathroom and it was COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED!!!!!** HORRIBLE

Today was our first cleaning with MaidPro. Elizabet, the owner, and Teresa and Carolyn were here for almost 2 hours. Our condo was deep cleaned and sparkling when they were finished. Elizabet explained whatI can expect from their 49 point cleaning, when my next appointment would be and to call for any questions or concerns.
They are very friendly and VERY thorough. I'm A VERY happy customer. I would highly recommend them.

Julio, Stacey, and Jazmine did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I found one small item that was missed during the walk through and they promptly clean it. Very professional and respectful team.

Maidpro is more like Maid-amateur. For over 5 hours in my home you would think your home would look spectacular. No! It look like nothing was done. Oven still dirty, bathrooms still dirty. I do not recommend this company. They charged me $371 for something I could have done myself.

Update: They have acknowledged and agreed to provide me with the refund.

I booked MaidPro Waterloo for my cleaning yesterday, and the entire experience was incredibly horrible and frustrating.
On the day of the appointment, the cleaner did not arrive during the scheduled window. When I called the office, I was told she was running late due to an earlier job and would arrive after an hour. I was also told I would receive a text with her updated ETA -no message or alerts ever came.
When the cleaner finally arrived, I asked her to call me when the cleaning is about to be completed. After 2 hrs, I received a text that the cleaning had been completed. I returned to check in and was shocked to find almost nothing had been done. After 2 hours, she had only partially cleaned two bathrooms(only the mirrors and the sinks), no wiping the bathroom floors, no vacuuming the carpets, kitchen, or hall, and no cleaning the fridge, which were all part of the agreed services.
I called the office again, and they assured me the job would be completed before 5 pm. I went back at 4:40 pm to check(3.5 hours) I was shocked to discover she had left the property, without informing me, and without doing any of the 49 checklist cleaning.
I called the office once more, frustrated, but they did not picked up, they say their offices closes by 4 pm. I put an email and a voice note to inform that the cleaning job was not done and requested a refund. When I inquired how they ensure that the cleaning job is actually completed, they said they only check clock‑in and clock‑out times -but they dont check if the actual cleaning work was carried out!
I have shared the pictures of how the home was left with the office and am waiting for them to respond to my complaint.

This experience was so unprofessional, stressful, and left me with an unclean home on a strict deadline, with no confirmation from the owner or the office that they would correct the mistake and refund me the amount I paid for the entire home cleaning service, which was hardly 5% done.
I would never go with MaidPro again, and I strongly want to alert others- even when you choose a well‑known, “acclaimed” company, it does not guarantee they will deliver the service you paid for. My experience taught me we cannot rely on their scheduling, communication, or quality of work.

I hope my review helps others avoid the stress and disappointment I went through.

Have been using maidpro for years now. Completely happy with cleaning and schedule and Terri is great. Only cost is excess. 800 sq ft apartment, they clean front room, hallway, I bathroom, no bedrooms and I think I'm paying too much. Not giving an amount.

Hired maidpro to do a deep clean to prepare our house for sale. We left a list of things we requested to be specifically looked at and cleaned such as wiping the baseboards and shower area (which should already be included in their normal checklist)

Baseboards were not cleaned and showerheads and area were not touched. Some bathroom property was also broken. I received no response from the company when reaching out about the broken property and unsatisfactory service. They also charged me twice for the same service (an extra $600) and I never received a resolution.

I wrote a review on their google page for maidpro boise, and they subsequently deleted the entire profile from google. totally gone.

What an incredible experience. Maidpro sent Victoria, so very friendly and a thorough individual. We had requested our Bathrooms and Laundry room to be cleaned. This wonderful lady went the extra mile and cleaned our kitchen! The Bathrooms were amazing. “Hospital Quality Clean”. My brother and I are Seniors and have been blessed with Maidpro and especially with Victoria. We will call again. Thank you so much.

We hired Maidpro to clean our office a Green Supreme Pest Control and we have been very impressed with the entire process. Highly Recommend!

This is my second attempt with MaidPro. The first attempt charged me for walking around and not doing much of cleaning in the house. MaidPro decided to send another crew who did a better job, yet most of the “49 point checklist “ was not completed!
3d attempt- I said I clean myself.

Second scheduled appointment- it was rushed, a few things were NOT clean and and had to be pointed out and redone. It was rushed and not cleaned!

My mud rooms floors were supposed to be vacuumed and mopped. I was told there’s no time to do it. Cleaners have another job to go to!
I do not recommend.

The cleaning has always been mediocre at best. There have been a few cleaners who knew what they were doing but they either resigned or were promoted. A different cleaner shows up almost every time. None have been able to properly clean the ceramic tile. When I first spoke to Maid Pro about cleaning I specifically mentioned the ceramic tile. I was assured they had the brushes to do the cleaning properly. The brushes might work if the brushes were used.
Dusting is poor. TV on a table is dusted in the front but not the back. Mirrors are smeared. Marble vanity tops are dusted not cleaned. They don't polish good wood furniture only wet wipe. Maid Pro said they are not a good fit for us. I guess they don't want to get it right. We have tried for almost 2 years. I give up too.
