I paid over $300 do have my home clean. The work they performed was no less than disgusting. They damaged several things in my home and I had to pay another company to come in and clean up after them. Please don’t use them to clean your home.

We had Megan, Victoria, and Tia for our first cleaning. We appreciated Megan showing up around our preferred time to get started before my husband returned from dyalisis. All areas of concern were taken care of and we were delighted that there were no issues cleaning around us. Thank you ladies. We look forward to an enjoyable experience with your cleaning our home.

I work for an international personal assistant company that performs tasks for our members. I had to source quotes for house cleaning in Pittsburg. Because your website blocks certain areas to log on, I could not include a quote from your company. I work from outside the USA, so I am automatically blocked. I could have worked with an email address. Also not apparent.

Eliazbeth and Ella were my team this week! On time, excellent job and easy to work with! Love maidpro and highly recommend.

That 47 point checklist is a joke. Paid over $1000 for 4 cleanings after my daughter had her baby. Place hardly looked touched, my daughter said they never were there for more than a couple hours. The company charged $175 a cleaning and pay cleaners in the low teens.

Becky did an excellent cleaning job of my apartment today. Head to toe the place was cleaned. Everything sparkles with the microwave cleaned inside and out and the place vacuumed to perfection.

Well just getting them to show up is the issue. And the 2 pirior visits with different people each time made process less productive. We have given up on them. NO one seem to be in charge even when your trying to find out where the cleaning crew is and if there going to show up?

Chiquita and Lakia and Anthony and Sandra have all been wonderful cleaners! Chiquita and Lakia work as a team together, while Anthony and Sandra divide the territory. both approaches work. I was hesitant to use a service after my cleaning person retired after 40 years of service, but I can see that this is gonna work out just fine.

I had a very bad experience with this service. I had been so excited to be able to hire some help, but they disappointed me.
1- I emphasized the need for the worker to practice good mask precautions and for them to wear booties on their shoes on our carpet. They said it was standard policy to do so, but the woman who came to clean did not abide by this. She had her mask below her nose and wore her shoes on our carpet
2- She focused on such low yield areas, but didn't do even a decent job on the big ones like vacuuming the carpet and cleaning the bathroom walls. There was large obvious clumps of dog fur in the middle of the living room floor that is impossible to miss. It's like she just ran her weak vacuum over it once and didn't bother to check her work. It genuinely felt that she was just here to just touch on each part of the checklist, not to meet a basic standard on each item.
3- When I reached out to Nicole (my regional service representative), she reduced the price from the one day price to the price of just one day of a 2 week commitment (maybe a 15% to 20% price cut). Honestly it didn't feel good enough. The quality of the work was incredibly poor. A 50% cut would've been appropriate. I've reached out to her twice since then and she hasn't responded. It's been 3 weeks.

Henrietta Thomas is solid as a rock. She is great. Today is the second time she has been out here.
She gets it all done, and very efficiently.

I expected my regular Sam. She did not come, they sent Courtney. She did a good job but Maid Pro cost Sam her Christmas bonus, I was given a new person and someone more important than me got Sam. Why would they send me the new person and someone else got the woman that has cleaned my house a long time. My money spends just like theirs does. Anyway, I want Courtney to get a 20-dollar bonus from Maid Pro for doing such a good job.

very professional, excellent attitude, exceptional work would recommend. my home looks brand new and smells wonderful!!! i can now breathe better with the dust being removed.

I've used Maid Pro of Bethlehem Lehigh Valley for over 8 years. The staff has been excellent and provided outstanding service. I have been so pleased I asked to have Stu and his team provide cleaning services at my office. But unfortunately my office is outside of his area. I highly recommend this Maid Pro service!

My air conditioning was not working the day scheduled for cleaning. Maid Pro named Mirelis still cleaned my house in uncomfortable conditions due to house being hot. I appreciate her dedication, awesome work ethics and putting her customer first.

Very unprofessional and rude owner, I spoke with a lady for an hour and explained what I wanted, she promised to do them. She said it would take about three hours todo the job and charged me 171 dollars. But after the team came, they did not want to do a lot of things like clean the inside of the window, did not clean cabinets to remove grimes only like dusting, they came to dust off not clean, they left without cleaning porch when it was on the list, i asked the team to do it, then they said they forgot, all the floors were left dirty as they were , they just mopped a little part not the sides where I have grime settled. They were like rushing and constantly saying they were not aware of doing them when the lady I spoke to said the team would do them. I have not had such a horrible service before. Three people came, one was on the phone constantly left the home, basically stayed for hour and thirty minutes and charged me 171 dollars and the rooms look not clean, when I spoke with the guy who claimed to be owner , he was beyond rude, and said they cant stay more than hour 45 mins, I am furious because I felt the owner stole my money by delivering so little service. This is a horrible company, put out good reviews only . What a big lie. If I were you , beware and never do business with them

They were tasked to clean an empty 2 br 1b apartment to prepare for a move in. I was charged $200 (the full rate for three hours) after the lady was only in there for 2ish hours. And she did a shoddy job cleaning as well. There was dust on the floor and oil muck on the cabinets still. The bathroom faucets weren’t even wiped. When I called to complain they did offer to send out another lady but there was no time for me to really even try that out. The only accommodation they provided was $25 off for the terrible cleaning job & another $30 off because she wasn’t there for the full 3 hours. I essentially paid 145 for someone to spray fabreeze. Weak customer service and I’m never using this place again.

I would just like to say that I am new to Maid Pros as I have returned to work full time. Our workers are Linda and Angelica. They could not be kinder or more careful not to disturb our home and belongings. The girls made my bed and tucked in my comforter into the bed frame. It beautiful and I will now make my bed this way as well. The hardwood floors sparkle and when I return home the entire house smells so lovely. Linda and Angelica are so gentle with our wood furniture and every week I notice more and more attention to detail. My hard wood banister and staircase in immaculate. Linda and Angelica are very respectful and careful not to disturb our routine. Maid Pros works for us! We have tried other Maid services but the ones we have tried are so rough on the furniture, walls and floors. I was cautious this time but my fears were not realized with Maid Pro. Lastly, the girls leave a detailed 49 Point Checklist of services performed and ask that if you have any special requests to please let them know.
