Maid Pro with their manager and team clean so well for our nonprofit Nature's Edge Therapy Center! They are kind, respectful and on time! The detail is exceptional- thank you all!

I do not recommend this cleaning service. They charge you more than agreed or clean fewer areas than agreed. Additionally, they do not cancel a cleaning service, not even for a family death. The cleaning ladies do a good job. The problem or bottleneck is in the administrative process. Get safe from the troubles!

I've been bed ridden, so my house was a wreck. Tyra, Issac, and Morgan came in like a whirwind and cleaned almost everythingl! I am very comfortable now. Thank you guys!

BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! When I called to start a contract with these folks I was told the pricing was $54/hr plus a $15/travel fee. Three guys show up and they tell me after being here 2.5/hrs that it’s $447.00. After calling the company, they THEN conveniently explain that it’s $54/hr multiplied by 3, since they sent three cleaners!!! Unbelievable that they don’t disclose this or provide this important information to people. TOTAL SCAM.

*I should disclose, the person that did NOT disclose these fine details to me upon scheduling was Megan. So, if you schedule with her BEWARE that you are likely not getting the full details on the pricing and process.

*The owner did call and was extremely professional, explaining things to me, as they should have been from the get-go. I will give the owner kudos. Although I’m so disgusted with the non-disclosure of information, I am impressed by how he handles unsatisfied customers.

*The three cleaners were very nice and did a good job cleaning. I made sure to tip them for their hard work. Shame on the company for putting them in these awkward situations with customers. I feel so bad for these guys.

Anyway, terrible experience - I feel so duped. I highly recommend asking every question you can think of, asking how many cleaners they’ll send and for a more accurate quote. Save yourself from being taken advantage of and make them put it in writing BEFORE they show up to clean your home.

BEWARE-HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Sabrina gave great service. She was very conscientious and helpful in addressing a cleaning concern I had.

I started with MaidPro several months ago and I am so glad I did. Their office staff was friendly and knowledgable in explaining their policy and scheduling to help me set up my first cleaning.
I started with Diana and then recently have Erin. Both girls were very meticulous in following my instruction in the areas that needed the most attention. They were not only thorough but also considerate of my needs since I am 80 yrs. old.

The cleaning is good, but the policies of the company do not work. Life gets busy sometimes and we have to cancel. Work tells you they need you to come in an extra day very last minute or you have an emergency. Don't waste your time trying to explain it to them! They don't care. They will charge you fees and justify it in all sorts of ways. STAY AWAY!!!!

Not professional at all. They came in not wanting to clean. 3 so called pro's. I had my oven, fridge and 1.5 bathrooms. They did not clean the top of the fridge, bottom of the oven and the floors in the upstairs bathroom. They arrived at 1:40 and did not start cleaning my house til 3pm because they did not want to clean the oven. Then they accused me of having a roach infestation. This was actually the third time using their services but this time they have infuriated me. They didn't even clean within the allotted 4 hours. I will never use the service or recommend to anyone. They use to charge me $150 plus for the service and this time they charged me $350. Definitely not worth the money!! They were standing around giggling and laughing. They wouldn't even acknowledge me. Horrible.

Poor work ethic and priced too high. It was a ripoff. They purposely do a half a$$ job and then rely on you to point out where they went wrong. Days later the cone back, maybe, to fix what they should have cleaned in the first place. They’re original estimate doubled because they clean slowly. Would not recommend.

MaidPro is simply the best and Michelle is the best of the best!!!!

Mother-daughter team Libeya and Zunilda have been to our home several times now and they are getting the routine down quite efficiently. They have been arriving timely and I appreciate that.

Maid Pro ladies were in my home on Monday to do a ‘deep’ clean. I was disappointed with the result to say the least.
The bathroom is glowing… the master bedroom not so much. The bed rails weren’t even dusted nor was the dresser. The dining room light fixture and the living room ceiling fan weren’t dusted.
These comments are by no means meant to cancel your services. I look forward to seeing you again next month. I am confident that as time goes on things will get better.

i would not even give them a 1 star but 1 is the lowest i am able to input. area rugs were not moved before sweeping, little to no dusting was performed (and i ordered deep clean so i could get dusting service) small waste cans not emptied, visible pet hair was not vacuumed. couch pillows were turned around (instead of vacuuming it) so pet hair was not visible. 2 people were contractred. 1 showed up an hour and half late and both left 20 minutes before the contract end time. i contacted the company and have been trying to get a fair response (discount etc) since May. contact a local kindergarten class, they will do a much better job than this company!

A higher MaidPro for the first time to do a deep cleaning after at the house have been painted and lots of work been done. I am visually impaired and disabled. They did a superb job they clean things I hadn’t had clean in years. I would highly recommend them. They are awesome. They’re friendly they’re outgoing and they’re very good at their job. You would not be disappointed in the money that you spend to have your house clean. It is worth every dime Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.

If there were six stars, it wouldn't be enough to describe my experience with Becca & Kelsey. The were FABULOUS and I was more than happy with the results! One thing that is very important for you to know, shortly after they left, I got a text saying I over paid br $50.00!!! They took the money back to my brother but if they hadn't said anything, I would be none the wiser! That's the definition of integrity.

I was thrilled and full of anticipation as I waited to get my home professionally clean. The crew showed up, back of their shirts say “We are PROS”. Sadly the service I received on Monday was far from professional. They did a decent job vacuuming only exposed floor spaces, and cleaning the bathroom tubs. The inspector showed up and did very little inspection. She was more concerned with making the next appointment. That made me feel small and unnecessary. There’s still cobwebs on my ceiling and walls in every room. A empty small fridge in my room was not even wiped down. Trash was left behind chairs and sofa in my living room. They damaged my window blinds. The kitchen was barely cleaned, the floor wasn’t mopped, they only wiped the surface of the appliances. A crew of 3 people in my home for nearly 3 hours. More could and should have been done. Maybe the people you sent to my home that day don’t share your mission statement. I am not judging your company but the work speaks for itself. I am still looking for a company to contract with, I am sorry it didn’t work out.
