What an absolutely awful company. I ordered a gift in plenty of time for valentines. It didn’t arrive. It wasn’t dispatched. I chase this ten days later but an apology. It was lost somewhere and now sold out. Measly £10 compensation but via a Debenhams voucher. I use this in good faith as part payment for something else and then order and pay for 49 hrs delivery. 5 days later and it’s not been dispatched. The online system is a joke. Ombudsman informed .

The cleaning people work very slowly, inefficiently and are non-communicative.
The office staff does not have enough teams to cover all the clients they have and cancel your cleaning last minute. I DO NOT recommend this cleaning company to anyone.

We had Shylow in to clean today. She did an excellent job. She has been unavailable lately and we missed her great service. It's good to have her back. I can't recommend her enough. You have an excellent employee.

The understanding and the information presented for my ‘One time ‘DEEP’ cleaning’ job was 4-6 hours, with no mention of the number of workers for 403.75 and the 49 points of cleaning completed. One worker was sent to clean my home of 2,200 sq feet in 4-6 hours. I had to call the company and insist on an additional worker. Only one additional request was made and could easily fit in to the 4-6 hours, but when 4 hours was up, the company made them stop. Not only was one room left undone but the 49 points that they guaranteed were either not done or done poorly. Baseboards left dirty, items not removed from tops of furniture as promised, but only dusted around leaving patches of dust on most furniture. Their initial presentation is misleading and this company is obviously in it for the money and not customer satisfaction. My idea of DEEP cleaning and this company’s idea is obvious two different things. I will not recommend Maid Pro and will not be doing business with them again. To be completely up front, the bathrooms were cleaned satisfactorily. I told the company the the workers were satisfactory BEFORE I looked closer. Nice ladies however need instruction on true DEEP cleaning. Sad……..403.75 to run a rag around my house…..

Carolynn is the most recent Pro to clean my home. She is thorough and works very efficiently. Additionally, Carolynn was always receptive to any additional requests I had and very pleasant. I look forward to seeing her again soon.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have had multiple issues with this site, involving not only the pros but also the owner, Vincent Aulisi. It is clear that customer service is not valued and the owner would rather lie and gaslight clients than accept responsibility for his failures to provide a service. To address the issues with pros, in addition to at one point leaving my door not only unlocked but OPEN, they continually missed certain areas and despite multiple attempts to ensure that the clean was done satisfactorily, these requests continued to be ignored. It is also highly possible that the owner never told them about the areas they missed as he repeatedly was told (with images) of areas of concern. After three cleans in a row with the same area not cleaned he proceeded to LIE and say it was not able to come out and that maidpro "are not professional mold cleaners". When I informed him that it was easily wiped off with a paper towel (after I did it) he then proceeded to ignore me. Despite there being a maidpro guarantee, he refused to refund me for even ONE of the inadequate cleans that were provided. This person clearly does not care about a satisfactory clean or appropriately training staff to ensure the job is complete and that your home is secure after a clean.

I will NEVER use the company again because I paid almost $200 for cleaning a small 1 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms home. The biggest issue that I had with company was that the baseboards was not dusted as paid for & mirror behind door was knocked down & I was not told about this.

Tara does a great job every time that she comes. Detailed clean and personable to talk to.

I was told someone would show up at 12noon, but no one did. I followed up at 12:45pm. I called back at 1:45pm only to be hung up on over and over. They'd pick up the phone, and immediately hang up.

They did so 10 times. I consider myself lucky considering the experiences I've read on this site.

Melody is excellent. She takes pride in what she does and it shows in her work. She is dependable and trustworthy, mature and responsible.

$70 per hour for a cleaner plus tips. Scam. Hundreds of robocalls from "Michelle". Wanted to drop from bi-weekly to monthly as was satisfied with cleaner but going overseas for 3 months - but quoted $160 for 2 and a half hours cleaning a month. $70 plus tips for a cleaner!!!! Customer service representative made my decision to cancel easy as she was rude, argumentative, aggressive and could not explain anything. Have found another company with better rates and NO robo calls and texts and with better customer service representative. Just a nightmare dealing with them, which is sad, as their underpaid cleaner was excellent (I had to subsidise her meager salary with tips - while I paid over $50 per hour.) These franchise owners just unbelievably greedy and totally disjointed from reality. Maybe just this franchise. Very disappointed.

Patty, our Pro from Middletown, Delaware is the bomb! Not only does she spend four hours cleaning our home, but she uses that time efficiently. Every little piece is cleaned, dusted, mopped and vacuumed. And, on top of her efficiency, her affable personality makes her so easy to have in our home. In the many years we've used MaidPro cleaners, Patty is at the top of the list.

Maid Pro of North Alabama is always on time and does a good job. They are quick to respond and correct any problems that might develop.

This is the best ,Amanda and Alexia. Went far beyond I expected. This is a 5 star review.

BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with MaidPro in Orange. I hired them to clean my house and ended up having my jewelry stolen by one of their employees, Kim. I had been using MaidPro for 2 years and never had any issues until now. Kim had been working for me for a while and seemed trustworthy, but looking back, I realized that little things had gone missing before, like medications.

I filed a police report and criminal charges against Kim, but when I contacted MaidPro about the situation, they refused to take any responsibility. They claimed that they had no control over their employees’ actions and refused to compensate me for my stolen jewelry.

I am appalled by MaidPro’s lack of accountability and their failure to address the criminal behavior of their employees. I will never use their services again and I urge others to beware of the risks involved in hiring MaidPro. It’s not worth the risk of having your belongings stolen by their untrustworthy employees. BEWARE!!!

Today Kylie came to clean our house. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. She quietly worked around all the activity. She payed special attention to our bathrooms. We really appreciated that since we had just had house guests. We have her every other week and we are consistently happy with her dedication to her work.

Both my wife and I have bad knees. We needed someone to come in and clean our tiled shower. LaTanya from MaidPro, Mason, OH came and did a wonder job. Will be having her come back.
