Catherine cleaned my house today and she was wonderful. She questioned me as to what I needed her to do and then proceeded to do it; I would have her back anytime.

We have used Maid Pro for the past year(s) and have nothing but praise for the cleaning person (BRI) . However what management is concerned is totally questionable. When Bri was not available, the Company was notified at 7:00 A.M. in the morning , but did not contact us, to advise that Bri would not be available to-day. (her appointment was for 9:00 A.M.). When I called at 10:15 A.M. to inquire what happened to Bri, I was curtly told, that a substitute cleaner would be available later on (11:30A.M.?). I asked why we were not notified of this situation , and why they waited for me to call them, because we were very concerned about what happened to BRI? It was with heavy heart to have to cancel our services with Maid Pro, since their management is way off. being Maid PRO!

Customer service is a joke, I've phoned this company for 3 days trying to schedule a cleaning and have been left hanging waiting for a call back twice by different representatives. They're eager to send a quote but not to follow through. I'll be going with a different cleaning service as they've lost my business.

the worst company by far the dont know what clean is they damaged my newly laid down laminate by putting a large scratch , when put in a complaint on the day it happened i was told the contractor had to put in complaint ,since they were the one to hire them,even though it was my house , then when the contractor put in complaint he was told i had to put in complaint . i have been given nothing but a run around since april 9 2021

I paid double of what I expected to pay for average service, that frankly if I had the time I could have done better. I called Maid Pro on West Chestnut in Springfield, Mo for a one-time cleaning with no extra services, other than the basic housecleaning. I have a 1300 square foot home with 3 bd, 2 bath. I instructed them not to touch one of the bedrooms that I had cleaned myself. Another bedroom only needed an end table dusted and very little to vacuum. I was quoted 60/hour for the one-time job. I was NOT told that if 2 people showed it would be double the price! They were in my home 2 hrs and 15 min. I was shocked to get billed $305.00!! It was not worth the money at all, and I will never use their service again, or recommend it! (For what they did, I could have done myself in less than 2 hours for sure. I was just in a bind and expecting family from out of state.) 😕

I got MaidPro Orlando East to do a one time cleaning. They charge top dollar so I was expecting a high level of service. In fact, the quality of cleaning service provided was dismally poor and my wife and I are extremely disappointed. The two maids came at different times, which was odd to begin with. The first maid did some cleaning in the bathroom but missed multiple items listed in the MaidPro 49 point checklist. Things on the checklist she visibly did NOT do included:

• Tub and shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed
• Toilets disinfected insides and out
• Towels neatly hung and folded
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

I don’t know what she was doing all the time she was present but it wasn't three hours of cleaning. She didn't vacuum or clean furniture in the bedrooms she was working in either.

The second maid, when she finally arrived, seemed more efficient and did a good job of cleaning the kitchen and living area. My wife, having checked the upstairs level the first maid was working in, drew the second maid’s attention to all the things that had been missed. (First maid had left by this time). The second maid said she was shocked at the poor quality of work and cleaned a utility room upstairs the first maid had completely missed. As a result, the second maid didn’t have time to do anything on our lowest level, including a bathroom we needed cleaned.

Before she left, the second maid apologized for the poor standard of service. She said she would tell the office manager right away and the manager would call me first thing Monday to arrange for a maid to return and finish the job. Because MaidPro offers a Re-Cleaning Guarantee, I assumed this would be routine. How wrong I was. The manager, Jolene Viano, did not in fact call so I called her. I explained that I was dissatisfied with aspects of the cleaning and I would like some areas properly cleaned. She was defensive and hostile from the outset. First, she stated that my wife was very happy with the service and given the maid a big tip. Neither of these things is true – she just flat out lied to me. Then she tried to deflect from the issue by saying repeatedly that the grout in the shower was in poor condition (I never said anything about grout). She repeatedly refused to honor the recleaning guarantee, so I am left out of pocket with a half cleaned house.

I understand things sometimes go wrong with services but I am still in disbelief at how bad an experience this was and the manager’s complete lack of interest in redressing the issues.

How this company gets good reviews is a mystery ("family and friends"?). I would have done better with any random cleaning service off the internet. Strongly advise avoiding MaidPro Orlando East.

Madeleine came and cleaned my house today. I am very much pleased with her. She paid attention to a lot of details and made my house smell amazing. I truly hope I get to keep her. Thank you so much.

Tasha and Tiffany cleaned our large home in two and one-half hours. They did a great job and we were able to get back to our daily routine in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks, Ladies...great work! I hope they can be our regular cleaners!

Greg was the maidpro representatve and did a fabulousjob of cleaning my house. I'm glad I used maidpro.

The MaidPros in Richmond, Virginia are fabulous. I have hired several services and this one has been the best for me and my family. They are very accommodating and will even come in and do special projects when needed. The 20 year old house looks new when they have come for a clean. Many times the owner will come in and check the home to make sure everything has been done. Thank goodness for the Pros!

I used MaidPro for the first and last time! The cleaning crew sent could only clean the top floor, if you want to say so; and they didn't get to the downstairs. The toilet bowls only had ajax in the water but were not scrubbed. The outside of the tubs were not cleaned. The wooden floors were vacuumed but not mop. This was the most substandard service that I had to pay for. When I contacted the company with my complaint, no answer, no reparation! And, after they left and I paid, I had to clean my bathrooms and mop my floors!
I will, however, make a complaint against them for fraud with the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your money and time on this company!

I would NEVER engage Yardley MaidPro for any services. As the seller of a home, I called them to provide a one-time cleaning after I moved out of my home. All was going well, I received an email confirming 6 manhours of cleaning on Thursday, 2/25. At 1:45 PM on Wednesday, 2/24 I receive an email that simply stated that they are sorry for any inconvenience, but they will not be able to provide the cleaning services that were scheduled for the next day. Let's talk about no customer service, no responsiveness. Sorry, too bad for you! Learn from my mistake in engaging MaidPro. Last time I used Merry Maids, and they were great. I should have followed suit this time, but I went with the "local" team, rather than Merry Maids that's located in Chalfont. Now while all my boxes are waiting to be unpacked, I'm going to be cleaning a house so that another new time home buyer can have a great "move-in day".

I was so very satisfied with the service I received yesterday through Maid Pro!! The pro that came to our home was very professional, here on time, toured our home first to see the outlay of home & clear with me exactly what was expected of her, and very friendly. She even brought treats for our miniature dachshunds to make her first meeting with the pups go smoothly!😀 They loved her & so did we. She was very efficient in her cleaning process & asked questions when needed. She was here for 6.5 hours and I was very satisfied! I would recommend Maid Pro to anyone who is interested in great customer service👏👏👏👏👏

I gave one star because zero stars was not an option. I scheduled the Decatur Alabama franchise to come to my empty home for a move-out deep cleaning. Because I was unavailable, a friend went in the house a day after cleaning and reported it looked "tidy". I trusted that it meant it was cleaned. I was horribly wrong. I went myself two days after cleaning to find 90% of the contracted work was never done. The oven and refrigerator were cleaned, but the fridge drawer assembly was not returned to the unit. No vacuuming, no dusting, no baseboard or crown dusting, no cabinet faces were cleaned........ I could go on and on. Literally none of the most basic cleaning was done. The solution? Half my money back so they could keep enough to "pay the girls". Really?? I was reminded that they have a 24 hour guarantee, and sorry I came in at 72 hours. Avoid this company at all cost.

We hired Maidpro Antioch office. They sent 2 ladies, one did not speak English. Their boss did not tell them it was a move out house. The house was a single story very clean house. 2 ladies were doing lousy job. and they left in an hour. I would not recommend the at all.
The owner does not believe in customer satisfaction, he would rather believe what is workers say. He fights and argue with you if you try to tell your story and you have pics to back up your story. He does not even give you a chance. I will never ever higher them again.

On 12/09/2020, 3 maids came to my vacant residence for 5 hours worth of labor for a move-out cleaning. After 90 min they left and the only things completed in the house were 2.5 bathrooms, all of the rooms (except 1 walk in closet) were vacuumed, and the fans were dusted. None of the baseboards or blinds were ever touched. The cabinets in the kitchen were never touched and all of the tile flooring downstairs was never mopped. Per the contract, baseboards, blinds, windows, and kitchen cabinets were supposed to be included in the cleaning. The time slot for the maids to arrive was 8am-4pm. They did not arrive to the residence until 6:45pm. Considering the house was completely empty (3 bed, 2.5 bath), it was very disappointing to see how poor of a job 3 maids did in 90 min. Being a first time customer with this company, I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use your services again.
