Great cleaning service this weekend from Bethany, Janet, and Connie. The home looks great! They were fast and thorough.

Katie and Kendra did a wonderful job today, they work great together. Did the 49 points perfectly. My bathroom sink looks new. Everything looks great, the countertops look lighter. There is nothing like coming home to a very clean house. Hope to see them in a month.

Worst experience or non-experience I would say. They confirmed my booking which was a week in advance and comes the day they do not show up, I call their number and email they did not pick up or respond to my text or email yet they were quick in calling me when they needed the job.

I would not recommend this service at all prolly a scam hence they want payment upfront before doing the job. Be cautious! Buyer beware!

We had MaidPro out today for our first “deep cleaning”. The staff was very friendly and even left a checklist of all the things they did. The only problem was they didn’t do several of the items even though they were checked. We called back to voice our concerns. They did discount the service, and offer to come back. We declined them coming back today because my wife already went behind and cleaned all the things that were missed. However we did want to keep the twice a month plan we had asked for. Unfortunately, they were magically “all booked” going forward. I really wanted to like them, they came highly recommended, but our experience has been terrible.

I was so disappointed with my first clean in my newly built home.

Garbages were not emptied, mirrors, shower, furniture not dusted, even the hood over the stove showed clearly that it had “one wipe” which was reflected in the dust. Kitchen sink was also dirty. They were not receptive to the feedback and not even an apology!? They don’t recognize their clients as the customer. It’s simply a transaction.

Linda- 9-18-20 We just started using Maidpro and they do winch a good job. We had gone camping earlier this this month and still hadn’t put away all of our gear. Along with cleaning our home very well she also put away all of our camping gear neatly in a corner. We are so happy to have Maidpro and hope to have Linda again.

Brittany, Jessica F, Makayla & Christen we’re prompt and did an amazing clean. I was surprised with the level of detail. I was surprised when they finished, there were 6 people.
The additional 2 people were inspecting the work. I was very pleased nothing omitted, timely, and thorough.

I have called them ( Local # ) numerous times over the course of 3 days. Phone rang off the hook and no voicemail available to leave a message. NOT a good way to run a business.

My oven was cleaned for the first time. Alejandra did a perfect job. She followed the up with a perfect clean on my house. Send her any time that she is free. Thank you. Sylvia

Hired for a move out clean on a one bedroom. They called 2 hours into a 4 hour job to say they needed 2 more hours.

Considering this was an 800sqft apartment, I was not happy but I broke my ankle and couldn’t do it myself, so I reluctantly approved the extra charge. They claimed that the move out cleans take longer because they go deeper. I found this to be a lie,

Went to take pictures and the job wasn’t done! They took the money, but didn’t finish- they didn’t touch the porch or the closets, which I had specifically requested get extra attention.

So, on my broken ankle, I finished cleaning the place. I cleaned the closets and the porch.

There is no way this half assed job took six hours.

Do not hire these con artists, they will take your money and leave you to finish the job.

Maid Pro has cleaned one time for me and I don't believe they were here 3 hours. I wanted a very thorough cleaning done. The two ladies were very friendly.My window sills and blinds were not cleaned well and I expected better results on our hardwood floors.We still had some spider webs also.I will be giving Franny a 10 and Mariah an eight. I do want bi-weekly cleanings on Friday. If you have an opening around 11 that would be great!The next cleaning should be July 3. Please advise. Darlene Talley

We hired Maid pro to do a top to bottom cleaning in preparation of having photos taken for the sale of our house. The cleaning was supposed to cover base boards, floors, dusting, vacuuming bathrooms and bedrooms. In general an all encompassing cleaning. We were greatly disappointed. Our home is 1600 sq feet and was pretty empty given that we’re getting ready to list it on the housing market. My husband had to ask for the toilets to be cleaned, baseboards were not cleaned, floors were cleaned but they didn’t move or vacuum under the furniture so there was wet dust on them. It was scheduled as a six hour clean but because two staff members came it was only three hours of cleaning per staff member they were only there for three hours if that. Normally I spend hours cleaning one room to get it to a professional cleaning level and in the time maid pro was at my home the end result was a surface cleaning my children could have done.

The staff that handles the scheduling is very poor on handling the phones or people. I do not recommend

I have been using maid pro for years. Caitlin is wonderful. She is sweet and endearing. My house always smells so good after she leaves. She cleans my house from top to bottom . She cares about how hard she works. Right down to how she folds our hand towels to the tissues and toilet paper. I coudn't have asked for a better person to trust my house with. I am so thankful for her and will only request her to clean my house !! WE love Caitlin!!!

I have been using MaidPro for several months and have found the service to be exemplary. Shona is the assigned staff person to my home and she is nothing short of amazing. She does a beautiful job cleaning and she is easy to be around. I work from home and we maneuver around each other well. The owner Chris is very pleasant as his his wife and their office manager Marsha is excellent. They get a thumbs up!

Do NOT use this company. They told us they would come at 9 and each time we called they kept saying they would be there soon. In the end at 4 pm they called to say they were not coming. There were many phone numbers we had to wade through just to talk to the manager Mr. Malik who in turn was rude and completely unprofessional. Very appalling at the way they are running their business.

Really good service and super easy calendar schedule so you always know when your next cleaning is. Have recommended them to many of my friends who have apartments here and they all said good things.
