This young lady comes in my house with a big smile every time. She is so easy to speak with and goes right to work. I like the way she changes things around , like the slight turn of a chair, to make things look better. I can always depend on everything looking just right if I'm away from my home, when I get back. I could go on and on about how great Liz is , but, I think you get the point.
I really respect Liz and she respects me.That and all her other qualities is all I need to remain a customer of yours for a long time.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, INCONSISTENT STAFF. Super unprofessional management at this location (had a good experience in Jersey and NYC locations). I was getting the monthly cleaning and reviewed them as 3 star just based on the inconsistency between maids, (for example, one maid came and did my bed sheets, made my bed, laundry etc.- and another one would come and didn’t do my dishes, make my bed, or clean my bathroom tub). Based on this, I wrote a review with a 3 star rating (plus they offer credit for reviewing them, so I thought I was being helpful!). I then received a voicemail from this location stating “hi Linsey, we’d appreciate it if you would call us with your issues before RUINING our ratings with a 3 star.” I did not respond to the vm, bc I thought it absurd, as I was just trying to be honest and get the credit they offer for reviewing them. Then, the very next day I received the most unprofessional email from the manager I had ever seen (all in response to my review). In the email, she insulted my intelligence, joked about my inability to call her back that same day, and gave me a definition of how a client relationship should work. I was beyond shocked at this harassment, as it all stemmed from a light-hearted 3 star review. If you’re looking for a kind, consistent, professional cleaning company, this one isn’t for you. You’ll end up with items in your home missing (as they have really bad turn-over so always new or amateur maids) skipped cleanings, maids that run hours late with no phone call, and regular scheduling issues. I’d go to a local company or just anyone besides this one (solely based on this locations management, not the company as a whole).

Jasmine cleaned my apt on Dec 17. Very good thorough cleaning. Quiet and fast. She can come back anytime. Thanks.

MaidPro has been cleaning for me for the past few months and they do a great job every time! I highly recommend them!

I would like to recommend that Latoya earn the $25.00 bonus currently being offered. She always does an excellent job for me and even does little odd jobs that are not included in her job description. She is always pleasant, efficient, and a joy to have come to my home

I took notice of the extra effort that Amie provided on the windows last week. The low sun of the quickly approaching winter solstice allowed the rays to cascade through the clean panes of glass. Amie listened to my request for window attention and shined. Thank you!
