A very professional approach to my boiler replacement. The engineer did a great job and the admin staff were great at organising everything and answering questions.

I had a five-star experience from first approach for a quotation for fitting a new A-rated boiler and three new radiators to the final testing and commissioning. Every stage of the process was carried out with courtesy and utmost professionalism. The two plumbers were very friendly and approachable, liaising and updating progress every step of the way. They were clean and tidy, and cleared up and took away all the waste materials when they finished.
The system is working well in the few weeks since, and I am happy to endorse a job well done - and at a reasonable cost too.

B&G Jenkins have always been very professional when carrying out work that is required. In the past I have used other plumbing services that were not completing the work and having to return to finish work that should had been done on first visit.

The quote we received was thoughtfully prepared by Matt. Sam installed our new boiler, radiators and iboost and was a courteous, tidy professional throughout. We're very pleased with the result.

The boiler service was completed on time with the friendly engineer taking the time to answer some questions and explain a couple of things to me.

Installation of table-top dishwasher (which I had purchased). Can’t quote chapter and verse, but was told different things by different people. Ultimately waited quite a while and also had to pay full cost before installation (also Jenkins fitting electric shower- full payment well before installation- no choice). I dread anything happening as a result of installation and having, possibly, to ask Jenkins to reattend. One of the women on reception was abrupt to point of rudeness, no kind customer skills, talked across me. Terrifying. I found myself grovelling and wouldn’t want such a conversation again. So far installations seem good, would dread phoning about a possible problem.

I’ve written a recommendation before for B&G Jenkins, but happy to write one again! They are my go-to for any plumbing and gas engineering work. They have installed three boilers for me and have dealt with dozens of issues across my properties, and resolved them every single time. Everyone in the team is lovely as well! No hesitation in recommending, and thank you to the team for all your help over the years.

The removal of a Baxi Boiler and replace it with a Combi Boiler was completed on time and at the agreed price; despite a significant amount of extra unplanned work that only came to light when the old boiler was removed. The work and professionalism of the Jenkins engineers (Sam and colleagues) was quite outstanding; I cannot praise them highly enough.

Right from my initial contact with the office staff through to the Owner of the business and the engineer who installed my new boiler the service was excellent. Paperwork, quote, communication and speed of service was excellent. They did what they said in a very professional manner, came when they said and carried the work out speedily, professionally and worked in a very tidy manner. Most certainly recommend them.

Boiler service carried out, engineer was very professional and carried out on the date and time specified. No mess left and as I couldn't find my service booklet they emailed out the certificate to me. Entire thing was arranged online at their website and very straight forward.

recently had a Gas Hob Fitted. work was done very efficiently and professionally. job was bit complicated as previous hob was not of exact size but their engineer
did the extra work without any fuss and left the area clean and tidy. very happy with their service
