Excellent service and the most competitive price. The final price was exactly as quoted and the new boiler was fitted in the exact position with all works completed as requested. We couldn't have asked for better service as nothing was too much bother and the banter was good!

The team were very professional and replaced my boiler with minimal fuss. It was a tough job with the flue going through the roof. The team did a great job and left the areas clean. I have used them before and will again.

We have had an outstanding experience with B&G Jenkins. The online quote was quick and easy for a replacement boiler. They were quick to come out to do an in person quote which ended up being cheaper. We were really happy with the service received and quote so booked in for a week or so later. In the meantime our old boiler packed up, I called B&G Jenkins to see if they could bring forward our installation date due to having no hot water or heating, they were extremely accommodating and managed to move things around so they could come out the next day! What fantastic customer service. Extremely pleased with their work. Would absolutely recommend.

Incompetent. Didn't know what they were doing.

Quoted me over £3k for a new boiler, said it would sort all heating issues. Once the boiler was installed asked me for another £280 to install a pump. When I questioned it, their exact words were "Well, if you don't pay then your boiler will leak"

Reported them to gas safe. When they were sent back to the house to make repairs they didn't know what the hell they were doing. Good thing the tenant was a retired heating and plumbing engineer. He had to show them how to do their job.

Decided to get a competent plumber to install the pump at a lower cost than they had quoted as I do not trust these people.

Absolute pleasure to have chosen this company to replace my old boiler. Professional, courteous and I have no hesitation in recommending them as the go to installer.

Truly excellent service for the job posted, which was to remove old boiler and add a combi boiler upstairs. Both Sam and Liam - the installers - were fantastic, they listened to my requests to run the pipe work under a bedroom floor instead of around the walls and did a very neat job of joining to mains gas and bricking in old vent.
Cannot fault them, great job, thank you!

Decided on a new boiler before the winter so contacted B&G Jenkins based on feedback and wanted to use a local tradesman. They provided a competitive quote and I’m pleased with the work. The engineer Sam was really professional and friendly - he talked me through the benefits of replacing my 20 yr old boiler and using Hive - which I love! Would recommend.

B&G Jenkins did a great job of installing my new boiler and their after-sales service is excellent too.

We needed to replace our old warm air heating system, as it was beyond repair.
They were very helpful and polite all through the process, explaining everything . putting in a Worcester boiler and central heating radiators. and a towel rail in the bathroom, brilliant job done, very happy with the work carried out.

Old boiler broke down beyond financial repair and they were able to quote me for a new one and install a new one (the latter whilst I was away) with no hassle from my point of view, they organised and did everything.

The engineer was very friendly, it was great that he protected all the carpets with plastic sheeting before he started. All the pipework and the new boiler were fitted to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the way it was finished off, and the way they explained the workings of the new boiler and control unit before leaving.
I would recommend D&G Jenkins to family and friends.

We had B & G Jenkins fit a bathroom heated towel radiator, and after being given a competitive estimate on both the amount of money and time required to fit it went ahead with the work. The engineer took double the amount of time we had been told it would take, and he even said as he finished there were NO complications and a relatively easy job. Behold we received the invoice and it was drastically higher that we were told and expected. When we approached them we got a reply of “ it was an estimate not a quote” and haven’t received any further replies to my emails questioning this. I feel completely ripped off by them and not happy with their almost rude reply and subsequent lack of response. Would I recommend them. NO!
