I cannot rate Samantha Pattle highly enough, she has been amazing from start to finish! Samantha has always been efficient, easy to talk to and will explain the legal lingo in simple terms when asked and it's never a problem. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling - I always felt at ease in such good hands without any stress due to Sam's professionalism and attention to detail. This has been my second time using Samantha and I will definitely use her again and would recommend to anyone I know.
